The tablets are most beneficial- and I do feel More energetic, skin also looking better.
Have been using this for a long time. Affordable, easy on the stomach, and very reliable when taken at onset of colds as well as helps minimise duration of colds.
I use this as soon as I feel a cold coming on, taking three a day, and the cold never comes. Otherwise, I take one a day through winter to maintain good immunity. I haven't had a cold for two winters now, whilst others in my family and work place have. Highly recommended.
I take this as I have a low immune system which lets me down when I have stress or busy times. Taking one every second day is working well.
My husband loves this product. It is a great combination and he only wants to take one tablet so this is the one which he takes year round and it keeps him going!
Can't tell yet if it works or not. Will have to wait until flu season is in full swing to find out. Pills are rather large but I have no problem taking them.
This is my favourite product against common cold etc. Whenever I feel that I might be coming down with something, I start these vitamins & zinc immediately and never actually become sick.
