I definitely feel better with using this item, even my monthlies appear to be better regulated and less painfully. I do notice the difference if I leave it a bit too long to reorder this item. Which doesn't happen really happen that often .

I take three capsules a day and have found it significantly reduces pre mentrual fatigue, breast tenderness and the heightened emotional sensitivity before my period. I highly recommend it.
I am a stay home mum who waited for days for the delivery for my order after receiving notification. The one day that I sneaked out for a walk for an hour, later I receive an email stating there was failed delivery. The status still reflect item out for delivery, and I just await further instruction from the post office. I am yet to hear from the post office a weeI later. Is it difficult to send hours before delivery to inform customer to expect delivery? The courier days they will not tell the exact day they will be delivering. So I am on a lock up while await their return. Dissapointing.
Blackmores has the best quality vitamins. Evening primrose oil is one of my favourites. Works well with desired results.
I prefer the Nutra-life brand in these, but these are probably the second best choice. Seem good quality. They are a large gel capsule.
I didn’t think this would work but a family member who does take it told me to try it (I have acne prone skin) I don’t know how to explain it but after taking 2 a day my skin has changed in a good way. Everyone’s body reacts differently to these types of things but it really worked for me despite me not believing it would lol.
