Best B12 out there, I’ve been taking this one for years with no complaints. I don’t officially have a B12 deficiency but I get low in B12 if I don’t keep up with proper nutrition. Definitely notice when I change to a different one or stop taking it. Also helps so much with mental function. 100% recommend.

Purchased product for my nephew who has a bad dose of shingles. He has been through a very stressful 12 mths thus the onset of shingles. Have used executive B myself with very good results so was sure this would help with his nerve pain and restore his immune system. appears to be really helping him
This product was recommended to us by a health professional and we tried it in the small size first. Now ordered large size and will keep on this. Offers all the vitamin B one should supplement with for stress and restlessness. I assume it's doing us good and will continue to take. I don't usually do reviews but this product deserves it. The differance I notice the most is if I run out and dont take it, I go back to an anxious, worried, adrenally fatigued mess. With this product im calmer, can function and focus on my day without worring constantly about other things. I wonder now how I fuction without it, I notice a major decline in my energy levels without it like to the point Im so fatigued I can't move. So, well done blackmores! This product is fantastic!
This is a great product. Been using it for years. Good for stress and keeping up our vitamin b levels that all our modern devices such as neon lights, phones, microwaves and even champagne zap out of our system.
