I swear by Blackmores H, G & C. I have been taking them everyday for years to help keep my asthma and rhinitis under control. I have tried other brands and they don't seem to work as well as the Blackmores.

My husband had been suffering with The worst hay fever he has had (we relocated this year) so much congestion and running nose unable to breath. \nAfter weeks of both of us not sleeping well from his noisy breathing/snorting I found this online as we like to stick to natural things, was cheap enough so thought we would give it a go. \nI think it was within two days his nose was noticeably clearer and he was breathing much easier and his voice was back to normal after being so congested. We are both sleeping well and he is much more comfortable! \nHe takes one in the morning and one in the evening. \nWill keep these on hand at all times!
I use this when I have a cold or sinus infection either on its own or along side antibiotics. If I take this I don't usually need antibiotics. Healthpost was the only place I could get it this winter when everyone had the nasty cold that was going around. All the pharmacies in town were out of stock as was the supplier! Thoroughly recommend this to anyone!
This helps so much for hay fever, I take one every morning, takes a couple of days to make difference then it’s great.

Lifelong problems with sinuses, which leads to head colds and worse. Now I include Blackmores each winter to control sinus problems and reduce the severity of any head colds. It has helped.
