Excellent product. Since taking these supplements, I rarely get cold sores.I forget to take the tablets as often as recommended, I think that's why I occasionally still get sores. They do clear up quickly now.

These tablets are brilliant if taken as soon as a tingle is found. 2 tablets twice a day for a couple of days. I ALWAYS have some with me. Absolutely love them.
Super good for you to take on a daily basis and actually works so well for upcoming cold sores even ones that are already there. I take it daily as I notice it helps my skin also!

Quite good although I prefer to use unadulterated lysine. Blackmore's is a good brand however.

This is always in my cupboard at home - as soon as I feel a coldsore coming on, I start popping these and it always stops the coldsore from developing further!! Am going to start taking them as recommended for prevention, as I have never tried that before. Would highly recommend!
Great to keep on hand if prone to cold sores - take them regularly if feeling run down or take them for a few days at the first tingle of a cold sore coming up. Have not had one in years since discovering this product.
