I'm taking a couple tablets less than recommended because it is somewhat pricey. I take 3 in the a,m, w/breakfast & evening w/dinner. Occasionally in the p.m. while relaxing, I will begin to feel a cramp in my legs. It's amazing. All I have to do is eat a little something, take a couple of tablets, and in minutes, no cramps! No other magnesium tablet that I have taken has worked ln this manner.

I have been using this product for years. The benefits of this product is that it only contains Magnesium - nothing else. Similar products contain other stuff as well. Particularly B6. Long term use of these products can result in elevated levels of this vitamin. Not good!

My GP advised me to take MagMin to restore a mineral deficiency and it is gradually restoring that imbalance. I bought it online because we had extreme difficulty parking near Chemist Warehouse locally.
Was recently hospitalised with an unknown illness and after several days I was discharged with new medications, one was Magnesium. My daughter found the correct 'dosage' in Blackmores MagMin 500mg and got me my first bottle but I had trouble finding this particular doseage in my local chemist and with the current pandemic and flu season I dont like going out to shops so when I found it at Pharmacy Online and at a very reasonable price I was very happy.I didnt have to catch the bus or train to shops. Quite happy to be able to get medicines easily and fairly quickly at Pharmacy Online.
I need to take this particular product due to other medication that I take to supplement my Magnesium loss. My Dr advised me to take MagMin in particular. Glad the Dr put me onto this product as it works perfectly for my needs.
Excellent for relieving cramps, restless legs, improved sleep, mobility and irritability without any bowel irritation. Saw improvement in one day at recommended dosage. I live in a humid climate, resulting in loss of minerals from my body so daily supplementing is necessary. Thrilled at the results and recommend trying MagMin.
It is substantially more expensive than other similar products, so one can only assume that Blackmores is creaming off more profits and using its name to make you believe it is worth paying more.
Seems to work well. I had nightly cramps in legs. Doctor recommended this product, which worked well immediately and no more cramps within one week. The only disadvantage is that one has to take nine tablets per day.
Great value for money in this large jar. I take it daily so it’s difficult to assess efficacy but my GP wants me to continue.
