Found this absolutely horrible, left a burning tingling sensation on my lips, after a few hours the sensation stopped but started to form a rash around my top lip so threw the lip balm in the trash.

Used to be readily available in UK stores, this has diminished recently, luckily can still buy it on eBay. A terrific product that protects, doesn't gloss your lips and moisturises very effectively.
