I have been using my Blue Diamond 2 Qt sauce pan with lid for a few weeks and i love it! This pot not only looks great with it's diamond bottom and sleek maximum comfort stainless steel handle, and a beautiful lid. I have made several different foods in it and have never had anything stick to the bottom. It goes easily from stove top to the oven. It also washes up nicely. It is toxin-free and free of pfas, lead, and cadmium. This is a pot that i will have for years and enjoy using it ! It has 4 times better heat transfer that saves me time and energy!

I love this cookware, but be forewarned you can not use spray on products like Olive oil and stuff like that. It will ruin your cookware. Just stick to butter or use low heat, and no butter because it cleans up really great, but they do eventually wear out and you have to replace them.

Good pot. However, the product description says induction safe. Every definition of induction safe I have researched indicates this means it can be used on induction cooktops. This pot cannot. Beware product description is misleading if not blatantly false.

This pot works extremely well. I have used it numerous times, from heating up chili to making rice. So far nothing has been sticking to the pot. It cleans super easy both the exterior and interior. Not only does the pot work really well but it is also beautiful. The pot's exterior is a pretty cobalt blue, the interior is also beautiful. When light hits it it's a dark metallic teal or a metallic blue. It probably one of the most beautiful pots that I have seen. I would highly recommend this product.
I bought this because I wanted a non-stick that is the same size as my old Revere ware pot of 2 Qts., however, this pot is smaller (see pictures). (It says 2 Qts. on-line and on the packaging, but not on the actual pot itself.) I even tried to fill it with 2 Qts. water just to be sure, and it was more like 1.25 Qts., so just be aware of this possibility. I don't see any other reviews that mention this, so it could be a new problem, no one else has noticed it, or simply a mis-packaging error. In any case, back it goes.
I bought this pan due to it's claims of having 5x harder coating, lasting 10x longer, and having 4x better heat transfer. It claims that metal utensils have met their match, that the ceramic nonstick coating makes the pan extremely durable, making them last longer, as well as heating up quickly and evenly. The only part I found to be true is yes they do heat up quickly, and so does the handle!! So please be mindful of that. I hand washed the pan with a non scratching sponge, before using and noticed a few small scratches on the inside, ( couldn't get them to show in pictures) I didn't think much about them affecting it's usage. It's a perfect blue ceramic nonstick pot. It conducts heat evenly and feels good in hand.The highest temperature I use it with on gas stove is medium.It boils water on medium quickly with the lid on. I also only use a soft dishcloth or sponge with mild soap, warm water to clean it.

I will say that my blue diamond frying pan began to stick a little and I found out it can build a layer of oil up on the surface,quick fix, 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 1/2 white vinegar, boil on stove for 10 minutes and it was good as new! Wipe with a light coating of vegetable oil to re-season. Olive oil tends to cause the build up layer which is what I mostly cook with. There’s another fix that involves boiling water and mr. clean magic eraser. The first one did well enough for me. Great set and ... MoreLove my blue diamond cookware.! Heat is evenly distributed for a better cook. While I do add nonstick cooking spray it likely isn’t needed. The rating of no toxin leaks is very important the color and overall look of the product is beautiful. I bought the entire set but wanted one more of a same size and bought this addition. Yes it’s that good
