B vitamins are notorious for having a somewhat unpleasant taste and smell, especially when they are in the form of swallowable pills. These chewable tabs do not have that issue AT ALL. They sit fine in my stomach, without agitation, with or without food. The packaging on these is nice -- it's a heavy, sturdy brown glass, which keeps the pills protected. The container can be recycled or reused easily. My only complaint is that I wish this product combined both B12 and B6 together, so that I could get them both in one go.

I don’t notice any true benefits personally but know that b12 is a very important vitamin to have in our system. I like this type especially because it dissolves under the tongue. It gets into the system much easier that way and faster. The price was decent too.
These are great for those that have trouble/can't swallow pills. I have a problem taking pills sometimes and these are so much easier since they are chewable. I have to warn you though, if you like cotton candy you might want to eat the whole bottle. LOL I would keep them away from children as they taste like candy.
I found out I was extremely low in vitamin B12 and my doctor suggested taking a supplement. I found the Bluebonnet B12 and started taking them over a year ago everyday. I recently had my B12 tested by my doctor and he told me my levels were up so I could start taken the B12 every other day now. I have more energy and feel much better.
Excellent product. It is the best form of B12 (chewable Cyanocobalamin) and in adecuate dose for weekly use. Small sized tablets, nice taste. Will be rebuying no doubt
I always had trouble with absorption of B12 orally, then found out that only chewable cyanocobalamin can absorb properly so really happy to find this as I don't want to have to get a shot from the doctor.This is the best form of oral B12 and hard to find!Definitely recommended
