Absolute waste of money. If feels cheap and flimsy and unsafe. When I had it on the hottest setting it started to make some loud rattling noises after a minute so I'm not game to even use the hottest setting. The other settings do nothing to my hair. I don't know if the hottest setting would work as I can't leave it on long enough to find out. The other settings do nothing whatsoever.I tried it on totally dry hair and on slightly damp hair and nothing. I read reviews and checked ratings before buying and I have no idea who it got such good ones - it makes me wonder if the negative ones never see the light of day.

I just received this Blowout Brush, and I am in LOVE. My natural hair is curly/wavy, frizzy, huge volume, and overall just unruly. Normally, I have to blow-dry first, then straighten, and then curl if I want some texture - this usually takes me at least 40 minutes. I have never used a hairdryer brush like this before, and I was skeptical that it could tame my mess of hair. BUT IT DID - I couldn't believe it! It smoothed, straightened, perfectly volumized, and gave my hair blowout-like texture at the ends. From dripping wet hair straight out of the shower to completely dry, styled and ready to go - maybe 20 minutes (and that's on the very first try!). I am so happy with this product, it absolutely has replaced my old daily hair routine.

Took a while to get the hang of using as has a big barrel and handle. Also I have long fine hair to my waist. However once I got used to it the smoothness and high gloss it enables for my hair is amazing, also gives it body and movement. Loved it! The. After two months of use went to use this morning smelled burning then a loud pop! Is broken and binnable am truly gutted. Loved Bondi boost but see I am not the only one this has happened too. Please improve the insides of the tool, I would pay more for a reliable safe version.

I reached out to the company asking if this meant it was about to die. Since I purchased this item at Ulta and not through them, they wouldn't help me out. I was told I'd have to return the item to Ulta. Then, this week I went to turn the brush on and it lit up like it was supposed to, but wouldn't turn on. I took the item back today and since it's been over 60 days, I was given an in-store credit-which is no problem. However, they would only give me the lowest amount the blowout brush has sold for-even thought I had my order confirmation/receipt. Excellent product. I have been using a hairdryer to rough dry my hair and then a revolving hot brush to give body for my fine hair. The Blowout Brush means I only have to use one implement now to get the same effect. The best thing about it is that it doesn't pull my hair out, as the revolving hot brush tended to do, nor does it burn my head. The only downside is that it should have some sort of hard plastic cover for the bristles as you can't really pack it in a suitcase for travel without squashing the bristles. The box that it comes in is too bulky for this purpose. If you could include one with the product or sell it separately, the Blowout Brush would be worthy of six starts!
This blowout brush gave me such a silky smooth blowout! I've used the Revlon version previously and usually use the Dyson Airwrap with the round brush attachment for my blowdrying. The Bondi Boost tool is way more fast and efficient than either of the others and way easier to use than a traditional blow dryer and round brush. It's also a lot quieter (and less irritating sound) than the Revlon, which is a huge plus for me (and my dog). Definitely delivers that 'I just got a blowout' result!!! The only negative is that it gets REALLY HOT so use a heat protectant and prepare to sweat a bit. Overall, love!
I've been using this tool a couple times now and I don't know what to think about it. I have curly/wavy hair, with very reluctant root waves - the blowout brush doesn't tame them (while my Parlux does), the result is very uneven and you have to brush for a while to straighten all layers. After 10-15 minutes (yeah I need at least that much to go through all my hair) the brush handle becomes very hot which doesn't inspire a very good quality product. On top of that, the noise is awful. It overall feels like a very cheap product, exactly what I suspected before buying. I'm scared of damaging my hair and create more split ends so I've stopped using it. Keeping it only in case of emergency but overall "Meh".

I bought this hair dryer thinking that I was buying the best! After 3 months, not using it every day since I’m still working from home and don’t need to do my hair every day. One day just after I turned it on it made a terrible noise and sounded like something was broken inside and was rattling around inside. I contacted bondi boost and added a video of what it was doing. Their response was to return it to them for a refund. I threw away the Packaging and box it came in. I would have to package and ship back to them before I received a refund! I never returned it and of course can not use a smoking broken hair dryer. Don’t confuse cost with quality. And customer service is key to a good consumer experience. Will never buy anything for this company ever!
