HG shampoo for thinning hair with rosemary - HG will boost hydration while fighting signs of thinning, shedding and hair loss. Lightweight but seriously hydrating, our aloe-based, silicone-free HG conditioner will boost hydration while fighting signs of thinning, shedding and hair loss. Naturally powered by our HG signature blend of rosemary, saw palmetto, nettle leaf and horsetail extracts to weightlessly stimulate the scalp and strands for longer, stronger, healthier hair. Shake before use to blend, as natural products can settle. Use 1-3 pumps, emulsify in hands to get a nice lather, then massage into hair and rinse. Use as often as needed. Avoid eyes and discontinue use if you notice any irritation. Start with 1 pump for fine/short hair, and up to 3 pumps for long/thick hair. You may notice a short period where hair feels oilier – this is totally normal with low lather shampoos. It’s part of the detox process as you move from chemical to natural, silicone and sulphate-free formulas.

Lost a lot of hair due to stress and poor eating habits. So I started trying Bondi boost shampoo & conditioner back in August 2022. I also started alternating the two supplements they have, "Hair Growth" & "Anti Hair Loss" The first couple times I use the shampoo and conditioner I was not a fan. I have fine hair and I felt like it weighed it down. Made it greasy/waxy. I'm stubborn/lazy though and refuse to return things so I continue using it. I work in healthcare so a hairnet helped with the look of my hair during the week and on the weekends I would just use a different shampoo and conditioner combination. Overtime my hair got use to just the Bondi Boost and I didn't have any problems. It's been 6 months now and I have new hair growth all around. I believe I am getting what hair back I lost, as well as new hair in general. Most notably above my temples where I've never had much hair to begin with. I may have a bunch of alfalfa's all over my head, but I'll take it over continuing to lose my hair like I was.

Leaves me feeling and looking gross
31 July 2023

This is the first time I have ever disliked a shampoo enough to review, but, keep in mind that this might just be because of my hair type.I'm 27 and have fine hair strands but a lot of hair in general, and ~2B - 2C waves I've been trying to learn how to bring out. I can get an oily scalp but otherwise have pretty healthy, normal hair.I've been really interested in rosemary and peppermint based products to stimulate my hair follicles, and saw a lot of great reviews for this brand, so I picked it up.This shampoo makes me feel *disgusting.* Even using just a dime- or pea-sized amount of the product coats my hair in a very thick, conditioner-like substance (as the shampoo! I'm glad I didn't buy the conditioner too) that takes AGES to wash out of the hair, and honestly usually doesn't feel like it washes out at all. It does leave my hair feeling thicker and looking shinier, like it promises to, but NOT because my hair feels healthier. It seems thicker and shinier like it is *coated* in synthetic product, and when I run my hands through it you can feel the residue. It's kind of like when you are washing out a hair gel or pommade.I've used other, deep-moisture shampoos made for *real* curly hair and nothing has ever made my hair feel like this. I gave it an honest shot for a couple weeks, and even tried to cycle in my favourite clarifying shampoo, but it feels horrible. I won't buy it again and wouldn't recommend it to most people.

My Holy Grail
14 November 2022

I don't have the appropriate words to describe the difference the HG shampoo and conditioner has made in my hair, and I also don't leave reviews typically. But Bondi Boost warrants it. It's that GOOD.I have thin, wavy 2b-3a hair (and a lot of it, can get heavy), dark naturally with balayage, and my scalp was always a bit on the sensitive and flaky side. A bout of sickness and personal hardships in the fall of 2021 literally made my hair start to fall out. My hair was at its weakest, and I lost hair along my part line, enough to make a wig for a doll. I dreaded showering because of the hair that was falling out. I needed something, and spent several months looking around. Bondi Boost was always on my radar but I was scared of the price ticket. I needed something, and spent several months looking around. Bondi Boost was always on my radar but I was scared of the price ticket. Nothing worked, so I decided to try Bondi Boost HG's shampoo and conditioner, and they come into the picture in about July of 2022.Bondi Boost's ingredients really do work! I'm aware there's bad reviews, but consistent use of the products makes a difference and is key. It can take some time for hair to readjust to the natural ingredients in Bondi Boost, and can make hair appear greasy initially (it did for me). It's not Bondi Boost, it's the detox of your scalp and the mint, saw palmetto, and rosemary ingredients working. Stick with it. And the focus is on the scalp to help your hair become healthy. Bondi Boost discusses this on their website. Give it time! We're all different and our bodies go through different things.See the before and after pictures for yourself. My waves have come back, my hair feels like it has Rachel Greene swooshiness. My hair has its life restored from being DOA before. I'm getting ready to try the Curl Boss line as well, and have tried the Elixir Hair Oil, Procapil Hair Tonic, the Miracle Mark, and Intensive Spray. And nothing from Bondi Boost has missed the mark for me. I'm hoping they come out with travel sizes soon. If you're worried about the price, Bondi Boost regularly has sales and bundle deals as well. It is worth the investment in every way.Placebo effect? I doubt it. Going forward, I'm all for something that has really made a difference in my self-confidence, since your hair is the crown you never lose.

Please read before you buy this, this is an honest review of this product that I have purchased with my own money. This shampoo smells like a cleaning chemical to me, I am fine with the smell of oils but there is something in this shampoo that I could not tolerate. However, I was willing to try anything to grow my hair after a bad hair cut. My next issue with this shampoo is that it left my hair so greasy, I could wash it Friday and by Sunday it looked like I had gone 2+ weeks without washing my hair. I wish that was an exaggeration but it simply is not. Also, i tried this product for almost 2 months and nearly missed the ulta return window. I truly felt that I gave it a good chance and time for my hair to adjust but this just didn't work for me. Also by looking at some of the other reviews I see that I'm not the only one with this issue. At almost $30 a bottle, I say skip this shampoo.

It didnt help the damage what so ever and it felt like the hair just broke off easier. It helped it "feel" a little better but the structure wasn't there. Then i got wrangled into the whole Monat scam. I spent an embarrasingly amount of money and tried this product for 60 days. Purchased the full kits 2x and it again did nothing to help repair the structure damage. My hair was growing out insanely thin in some parts. I was balding in other parts - it was awful. I then found bondi boost in october of 2020! I started with the HG Range. Shampoo, conditioner, mask.i also use the hair elixor oil. When my hair was insanely damaged i used it 2x a week. But after 3 years of using bondi boost, i use the elixir oil MAYBE once a month. Thats a must tho if youre needing help with repair. Then the miracle mask and the growth spray are also WORTH IT and NEEDED!!!! Once i used the hg shampoo and condition for 6mo, i added the rapid repair shampoo condition mask and serum to the hg range and everything else I listed above tandemly. The HG range did a great job HEALING and growing my hair and the rapid repair line did an amazing job and making my hair feel SO STRONG. I feel like i can wrap and pull my hair for days and its not beeaking! My hair was ear length when I first started using the product and now after 3 years and SO MANY cuts and trims to get rid of those horrible layers caused by breakage, its mid chest. With short hair I used 2 pumps first wash 2 pumps 2nd wash. I recommend washing your hair twice!! (Also, if you havent ever used products like these 1. Ebalm the product in your hand to create suds 2. Your hair will go through a detox if you havent used synthetic and silicone free. The 500ml bottle lasted me 4-5 months when I had short hair and it lasts me about 2-3 months with longer hair. I wash every 2 days for the most part unless i get super sweaty. Now my hair is chest length and i use 10 pumps total 5/5.

Thank goodness I tried this

I have always had fine hair but I had a ton of it for most of my life. My scalp was a bit oily so I could never go longer than a day or 2 max without it looking greasy. I also can't think of a time where I wasn't coloring or highlighting it in the past 20 years with everything being fine. Then in the past 5 years my hair started to get thinner. My husband and I both noticed my hair was starting to clog our shower drain several times a week plus my hair brush was always full of my hair even though I would clean it out several times a week too. The top sides of my hair were getting so thin you could see my scalp if I attempted to wear a pony tail (which I stopped doing for quite a while).I thought why not try this after reading the reviews. The top sides of my hair were getting so thin you could see my scalp if I attempted to wear a pony tail (which I stopped doing for quite a while).I thought why not try this after reading the reviews. I had tried some of the other very expensive hair loss shampoos and conditioner before this but they always left my hair dry and brittle plus no additional hair growth. The first few days of using this shampoo weren't great. Yes I had the greasy scalp and dryness too that others were experiencing. I almost returned it as well and I would have been making a mistake. I tried it again then something miraculous happened after I stopped trying to use it like other ones. I would wet my hair use 2-4 (lob to mid back) pumps depending on my hair length. I would make sure it was distributed scalp to ends and took time to massage my scalp. Leave it in my hair for several minutes while I was cleaning the rest of myself. Then rinse the shampoo thoroughly from my hair. Then it was on to the conditioner. I would squeeze the excess water out of my hair. That is a very important step for the conditioner. Then using 3-5 pumps based on length. I would start at the ends and work my way to my scalp again taking time to massage it in. Again letting the conditioning penetrate my hair and scalp for a minute to 3 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly. After about a month of use my hair started to grow back, the clog draining hair clumps have stopped, and my hair is shiny soft. I haven't had to clean out the shower drain or my hair brush in a while. The widows peak I was developing is being filled in with soft shiny hair. My scalp isn't greasy anymore. I can even go 3-4 days without shampooing if I want to. I can wear a pony tail or put my hair up without breaking off a ton in the process. I am still getting a full head of highlights and with color pops. My last color was purple, pink with all over highlights. The bright colors lasted for weeks. The shampoo and conditioner were game changers for me. You can't use these two products like your old shampoo and conditioner. They need time to penetrate your hair and scalp to work. You can't rush thru using them and expect miracles. It took a while for my hair to get the way it was and to get where it is now.It has worked so well I have even convinced my husband to start using it. I hope he has the same results with hair growth over the next few months.

hair growth and actual results
8 February 2023

i have been using this shampoo/conditioner since december 2022. so for a little over 2 months and i wanted to give it enough time before writing a review.if you are considering buying this i highly recommend you do. i have struggled with hair loss and hair thinning on and off for a few years now. never really seeing any solid results and honestly with already having naturally thin and fine hair, i was just heartbroken. this product is the only thing i have tried where i saw actual results and consistent results. after the first wash i noticed my hair was softer and more bouncy. i naturally have wavy hair and my waves looked amazing. after a few weeks i noticed that i wasn't losing as much hair as i used to when i showered. i used to lose tiny chunks of hair and now ... Morei have been using this shampoo/conditioner since december 2022. so for a little over 2 months and i wanted to give it enough time before writing a review.if you are considering buying this i highly recommend you do. i have struggled with hair loss and hair thinning on and off for a few years now. never really seeing any solid results and honestly with already having naturally thin and fine hair, i was just heartbroken. this product is the only thing i have tried where i saw actual results and consistent results. after the first wash i noticed my hair was softer and more bouncy. i naturally have wavy hair and my waves looked amazing. after a few weeks i noticed that i wasn't losing as much hair as i used to when i showered. i used to lose tiny chunks of hair and now i only lose a couple strands. the sides of my hair used to be a lot sparse and now i feel like they've really filled in. if you also are struggling with hair loss or thinning, please try this! no it won't magically make you have thicker hair, but it will help with your hair strength and help with any loss you might be experiencing. stick with it and don't give up if you don't see results right away. everyone has different hair types!i also will say that i have a water softener and sleep with a silk pillowcase, so i'm sure that is also helping my hair out a bit.a few people have mentioned that it can make their hair greasy, and as someone who used to have to wash their hair every day because of how greasy my hair was, i can skip a day now! so personally for me, it hasn't made my hair overly greasy at all.
