I have been using these capsules on a daily basis for a few months now and find they are very effective. I switched from another brand to Bonvit Psyllium 180 capsules as the price is less than the cost for 160 of the other. Can definitely recommend Bonvit Psyllium Capsules to increase daily fibre intake.

This is one of the few places where you can get Psyllium Fibre in Capsules. Chemist Direct always have it and send it out promptly.
Tastes great. Needs to be used instantly or settles when left in the fridge. But by stirring it up it reforms into milk. Works great to add in powder form to teas or water when making a smoothie.
