I tried this brand after my usual (from NOW Foods) was sold out. It's an excellent source of fiber and a great supplement to your diet if you have issues with constipation. It seems as good of quality as the NOW Foods brand, if not better. I've purchased it several times.

My son has been constipated for the longest time. I have been using different laxatives and it didn't work at all. I came across some caffeine free tea and the problem remains to be the same. But PSYLLIUM stimulates digestion, aids metabolism, and, in some cases, rids the body of impurities. I'm happy to see my son lose weight and feeling comfortable now. It has the best quality among others. The ingredients are safe and effective!!!Show less

The bottle arrived undamaged and with no obvious odor. Imagine my surprise when I started taking them, only to find that the *capsules themselves* smell strongly of Febreze, of all things! There is no obvious taste, but the smell is unpleasant. If you're one of those people who wants everything they own to smell like that awful stuff, then this is the fiber supplement for you. If you prefer your nutritional supplements to NOT smell like an obnoxious air "freshener" I suggest one of the several other vegan fiber caps.

I don’t know what it is, but compared to other brands of psyllium husk fibre (fiber) capsules, I find the taste and after-taste of these really unpleasant and off-putting. I’ve gone through more than one bottle and had the same issue each time, so it wasn’t just one lot or anything. I only ordered them when my usual psyllium husk capsules were unavailable. I definitely prefer the now foods options, especially the 700mg capsules in larger quantities.
