Nature's Way Saw Palmetto Berries - 180 Capsules

I have been buying Nature's Way products for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. I began buying them online when I could not find them in stores during the covid-19 pandemic. If I'd known Nature's Way was this reliable and quick, I would have been buying them online all along.

Not much to say, this is a straightforward product. The back of the bottle says "not designed for women and children" which I thought was odd. Is this just liability? (Palmetto can impact hormone production and interact with various medications)I take it to reduce the amount of testosterone during ovulation which is when I become acne prone. It's still too soon to tell (takes a few months) but I have no complaints about the product itself. I chose this brand because it was reputable and the best value.Women be advised, best to do hormone testing before taking this. Hormone balance is a very individual and complicated process, these herbs are powerful and should be used cautiously

As long as my husband had access to saw palmetto to take daily he didn't have any prostrate issues. He had a series of long hospital stays with rehab or nursing homes in between where he never got any saw palmetto. The result was problems being able to urinate. It is well worth taking and should be taken to the hospital and continued while there or in other medical facilities for best results. Sometimes you need to get permission from the doctor or nurses. But, if they know they can sabotage the saw palmetto as they did with something my husband was taking for his vision. The doc cut the dose in half. Therefore, I say, do what your gut tells you about sharing with your medical team.
