I think it will take us a year to get through or test out all features. But so far, as an oven, plate warmer and wait for it, keeping the food warm!! Yes, it has that and more. All in all, perfect black square cook box.Plenty of tray options. The steam function is great to have but will be a while before we get a chance to test that. Probably at Christmas.Touch screen and wheel work well as long as the control wheel is properly made. If you have issues, call Bosch to send you a new wheel. If it's made too thin, it can scrape against the glass and become hard to turn. It's magnetic and just pops out, so easy to swap.Well built yet the door is sooooo soft and light to use. It was Grandma tested and approved.

I have been coveting a new Bosch Serie 8 oven since I bought one for a house we promptly sold! Where to start? The added steam, the functionality, the self cleaning, the Procooking and Probaking? It's too hard to pick one. All result in an oven that makes cooking a joy for at-home cooks and brings cooking to life for beginners. And its smooth modern appearance elevates that look of any kitchen. I'm not planning to sell anytime soon so hopefully I'll get to enjoy this Bosch beauty for years to come.

Love this oven. So glad we purchased it. Once you understand how to use the oven, it is simple to use. Food tastes great. The assist function is wonderful, put a pizza in the oven on assist — pizza, and it cooked it to perfection with a crispy base. My only criticism, which is minor, is you have to empty and refill the water tank after each steam use. This was also my first purchase from appliances online, which was great. The oven was delivered to the door in 2 days, free of charge, and the old one removed.

I have had this classy looking oven for 6 weeks now. This oven ticked all the boxes for me..clear easy to read display with coloured pictures no less, temperature probe (used it 4 times already with excellent results), 3 fully telescopic rails which are real sturdy and smooth and no need for a hideaway door, steam assist feature that I use frequently, and really excellent lighting not only from the top but down each side as well.The wheel dial was touchy at first but I clicked it off, it's magnetic, gave it a wipe and it works beautifully. I have joined an online chat room for ideas on how to get the best from the steam assist feature.
Absolutely love my new oven. So easy to use and clean. Have made bread using the proving function and also cooked it by using the steam function. I couldn't be happier. I make so many different meals from dinners to desserts and have had nothing but perfect dishes evert time. Also the defrost function is a life saver, so many times i have forgotten to take something out to defrost from the night before but the defrost function allows me to defrost in no time. I would totally recommend this oven to anyone thinking of buying a new oven. Just the Pyrolytic function in itself is absolutely amazing, no more scrubbing and spending hours cleaning your oven!!
We have done a lot of research into ovens and this one keeps coming out on top. We previously used this same model oven for our last home. When we moved to the new house, we had to upgrade it immediately.The steam function is perfect for dough and the 4d hot air bake is so consistent. I do a lot of baking and am guaranteed excellent results everytime.
Very easy to use but like all products, read the manual and get on to utube for the videos if not sure of something. Everything cooked as expected for Xmas. Telescopic racks are brilliant. Meat probe worked very well for the turkey. I need to cook more types of food e.g. cakes, particularly bread to make a decision on the effectiveness of the steam. It kept the turkey moist and veges were excellent. Highly recommend this oven.
I absolutely love this oven. It looks amazing and it cooks amazingly well. The range of functions is huge and the ease of using is great.I love the Assist functions that calculate everything for me, they work really well for cooking meat, baking cakes and more.It warms up really fast, is really convenient to use and the pyrolitic cleaning function keeps it super clean!I also really like the steam function, just wish I bought the newer version (which wasn't out when I bought mine) with the full steam oven integrated.
I purchased this oven late 2018 and it was installed early 2019 after renovations. It worked wonderful, but there seems to be a flaw with these ovens. I have this one and the steam oven - both of them stopped working with the exact same symptoms. The touch sensor just stops functioning, which renders the oven useless. Disappointed that not only did I spend a small fortune on these ovens, but to have a 100% failure rate on them with the same issue only a couple of years down the track is pretty disappointing.
We recently upgraded our old 'standard' oven to a new Bosch pyrolytic steam oven after the door seal failed on the old one and we were sick of cleaning it as well. Trust me what I say you will never be able to go back to a regular oven after using this one. It is incredibly easy to use with a very intuitive menu system, it gets to temperature in no time at all and cooks absolutely evenly regardless of how many trays are in at the same time. The roller bearing shelf racks mean no more balancing hot dishes with one hand when pulling a tray out and the multi-level LED lights mean you can see everything without opening the door all of the time. The insulated door barely even gets warm so no chance of accidental burns specially if kids are around.
