I have a mains multi-tool, but have a job to do that will take me away from a power supply. But comparing it with my mains one on an indoor job first, it turned out to be quite a bit better anyway - quieter, cut better and lighter. Impressed!

I have many other multitools in my workshop, but bought it because a have some other 12V blue Boshes, so it just fits in the line.To my experience so far:- Advantages: small, thin, light and very handy to use. Brushless motor. The power for the size is very good.- Disadvantages: Not a tool-less blade change, you need to have the appropriate hex wrench around you. Come on, it is 2021! The blades it accepts are Starlock (the first Starlock) and it won't accept most of the other attachments systems available on the market, including the Dewalt ones and the newest Starlocks.The biggest disadvantage to me is the high pitched, reverberating, quite unpleasant sound it makes when working. Nice compact tool, if you've already got the 12v drill and impact driver this makes a great addition. This multi cutter appears to be well made and easy to handle. You must remember that it uses"starlock" blades, the older standard ones won't fit, that said I'm really pleased and glad I brought it.

Better than expected, good run time with 2Ah batteries and plenty of power. Would recommend bosch blades as have found some cheaper brands are dull in comparison.

Bought this for smaller jobs where an 18v was to big . I like Bosch tools they last and the back up service if something should go wrong is good. This is a nice lightweight tool to use and good when you dont have large hands and performance is good
