I am so disappointed with the quality of this cooktop. It looks lovely and it functions well but within 3 days of use it had a very significant scratch that I thought was a crack. Within 5 days it had another scratch and today there are 2 more. We are so careful with it and use new cookware as it’s a brand new kitchen. We had it installed first week of August so not even a month old. Bosch sent someone to look and we are waiting for a response about warranty. Either way, I did my research and just want to cry that I got it so wrong.

I like the way the elements heat quickly and reduce heat as you cook. I haven't worked out yet how to clean the top, when I make a mess, but the glass top, so completely free of dials is so much easier to clean than when knobs protrube. I like the safety features which means that when I leave something to boil over, an alarm sounds and all the elements switch off. Also I like the close finish around the edges, which means food doesn't get stuck between my bench top and the glass of the stove top.

We have only had this installed for a year. Bought along time ago. This cook top works great has excellent heat control. The preheat function is awesome. Easy to clean. Had trouble with touch panel, fixed as warranty. A1 Bosch.
We have a very small kitchen, but are serious cooks and we wanted a ceramic cooktop that could handle multiple pots at once of differing shapes and sizes. This one was the best option for us, and we are very happy with it! It's versatile and intuitive to use, and with the wok burner function, gets up to such high heat I can stir fry in a wok without any issues with too-cool outer zones (not the case before on our old Miele cooktop). Easy to clean and looks very streamlined too. Very happy with our purchase.
My new Bosch cooktop makes cooking easy with touch technology for instant heat as well as a metal frame to protect the edges. It also has other features I haven't had before such as an automatic cut off and extended cooking zone which is great for a large frypan. I always enjoy using new technology so very happy with this cooktop
The Bosch PKN675DB1A specifications were slightly out as they did not take into account a few screws (lugs) so our builder had to get our stonemason out to rectify that. Other than that the hotplates are stylish with the aluminum trim on the sides and the other sides beveled downwards. Easy to use appliance. No problems since installation a month ago.
The cooktop started acting up after around 2-2.5 years, not what you'd expect from a $1K+ product. Some controls are unresponsive or hard to get to work. Cooking for a long time triggers some alert with all the displays flashing + beeps (not specific error code), while the only active plate is reduced to 0 or 1.5, which makes me believe the touch panel triggers by itself when the whole cooktop becomes too hot, and think and object or water has been spilt over it. Sometimes, cleaning the touch controls allows to exit that catatonic state but the whole experience is really infuriating.
I purchased this cooktop in 2018 and by 2020 it was constantly malfunctioning. Changing temperatures, overheating, gradually losing ability to choose a heat setting, gradually not powering on at all. I have recently had it examined and have been advised that the touch input power control board needs to be replaced, at great expense.
I am enjoying the quick response of the bosch cooktop. Just need to be aware that it does heat up faster than the 10 year old bosch cooktop previously installed! Due to heat transference the ceramic cooktop now has a pad change that cannot be cleaned away. This does not effect the use of the cooktop :)
