The product was damaged which we found out when the plumber was there to install. Had to have it installed as we needed a cooler and had to pay the plumber anyway. Good Guys are saying we have to pay for it to be removed before they will install a new one. Im now preparing to pass it to Department of Fair Trade.

The wok burner at front left has worked well as has the wok stand. However pots tend to slide on the light weight frame on top of the burners while the lids of the burners are very light weight.

I have only had this cooktop installed today so I can't comment on its durability, but I have to leave my compliments for the excellent service provided by the installers. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and had the whole job done in 20 minutes, with no mess left behind. Big thumbs up.

Bought this as we thought Bosch was a good name but the controls on this are awful to say the least, has not yet once lit on first try, clicking sound for ignition sounds out on other burners rather than the one your trying to light. Construction seems fairly flimsy when pushing down on the stainless to clean its bows..Would check others out as would not buy again
Whilst the cooktop is advertised as a 60cm unit, devil is in the details as it is actually smaller, so be aware if you’re trying to fit it in an existing space.The flame is quite strong however I find having the smallest burner in front is not as useful as one of the regular ones at the back.Knobs will turn easily when cleaning, just something to be wary of. Overall it’s decent for the basic unit but a few simple improvements will make it better.
The cooktop quality is not so great, but you get what you pay for. Functionality wise it works perfectly, was just bit disappointed on its quality being a Bosch appliance.
This cooktop replaced an identical Bosch cooktop. Had been happy with the previous one which was 15 years old. As it was same model, fitted straight into the bench hole. Very pleased with the plumber who did the installation. Cleaned up well afterwards.
The rounded pan supports make this quite unuseable (and potentially hazardous) for medium to small sized light pans. Pans may slip off stove with the slightest bump.
Concerns over the slippery nature of the pan supports on this model. Saucepans and frypans tend to slide around when placed on the cooktop. This could be quite dangerous if a large pot of boiling water/food slides off the cooktop. This is a newer model of the cooktop I had previously - which used a material which had a non-slide surface, and was totally secure. I have reported my concern to Bosch and to Good Guys.
We have always been a fan of Bosch appliances, Unfortunately we are not happy with the purchase of the gas cooktop purchased from appliance’s online. We believe that the gas burners and guards sit very high.Unfortunately we were not able to visualise online and it is only since being installed are not happy.We are not sure what to do regarding your exchange policy as mentioned that it has already been installed.
