I booked for AO to come and install my dryer with stacking kit. First they didn't turn up within the time window booked and I had to call and spend a long time on hold to find out the truck had broken down. I asked why they didn't call me to let me know and they couldn't answer. They then said they were coming at a time that was not at all convenient. So I pushed my meetings back yet again. Then they didnt actually turn up at that time! THen when the two installers turned up the lack of communication was so bad they would not talk to me and didn't tell me that I actually had a complete stacking kit already and made me pay for a second one. Only after installing the second one did they say "you needed this piece here" and I actually had it in the box and would have ... MoreI booked for AO to come and install my dryer with stacking kit. So I firstly paid for heavily delayed arrival AND for a second stacking kit that I did not need. No follow up on my complaints from AO sadly. I usually like this company and have used them a lot but the lack of communication makes me reluctant to use them again.
In case it isn't clear, this doesn't come with screws. You'll need to go out and find some, and there's no explanation of what the correct screws are. Get a different model
It's working better than anticipated and was very easy to install
I had bought the stacking kit with the washing machine annd dryer, however delivery guys would not assemble it for me. Being a single woman I tried however couldn't drill screws in. Not in use, luckily I have the space to put the washing machine and dryer next to each other.
When short of space this kit works well and is easy to fit.Without the kit we would have had to alter the laundry extensively.
