This vac is great, powerful and easy to clean. Using for garage, car and outside office and very happy. Have many All 18v items so this was perfect when I needed a vac. Highly recommend it if you already have a battery.

Surprisingly, the 2.5 Ah battery allowed a quick cleaning of 3 medium sized rooms and one hallway ! power does not drain in time, the vacuum dies when the battery is depleted. It charges fully in about 1 hr. It is not adequate for carpet vacuuming, but one can improvise (though battery drains faster). If you use it for house/carpet cleaning, the filter cloggs prettty fast. I had to clear the dust after each room. It did not annoy me, as it takes literally seconds to throw the dust out. Great for a quick clean of the car.You will need a regular vacuum for proper clean though.Good price when using account voucher.Already had a battery and charger as I have other Bosch products.
I was looking for a small vaccum to use when cleaning the car. I have a Dyson which is great except that you need to keep your finger on the trigger and once it runs out of charge you're done for 25 mins or so while it charges up. I have quite a few 18v tools and batteries so this made sense, it also stays on when you press the start button. It will lose suction once you get a fair bit of debris picked up but it's quick to empty and you can use the small brush tool to clear the first filter at the back of the dust box. The second fine filter requires you to remove the filter and tap it out, but it's quick and easy to do. Overall a better tool than my Dyson for cleaning the car.
Ideal for doing the car interior as well as the little jobs around the house, without having to get the electric cleaner out.
We have a Dyson so this is nothing in comparison. We bought this for 2 reasons, one as I have a number of tools in the 18V range and two, we needed a easy to reach vacuum downstairs.It's suction isn't amazing but does the job. I would recommend only buy it if you can get a discount.
I bought this today after looking at several different brands online and I’m really pleased with it. We recently purchased dark green chairs which show up every light bit of dirt and fluff possible so I needed something small and light to go over them daily. Our 3 year old also loves this and after doing the hard floors sat with his new toy next to him. I’m pleased with the suction and also amazed at how much dirt it collected after the first use! The box and the online specifications clearly show this doesn’t come with a battery or charger (most don’t these days) but the batteries from my husbands Bosch drill fit perfectly so we saved money there.
After having a variety of dustbusters etc, I moved to the Bosch as I have a number of power tools sharing the same Li-ion battery system. The vac is powerful, much easier to empty without getting covered in dust and comes with tools that are actually useful. After a month of use, I am very impressed.

There was still juice left in the battery after I had given the interior a quick clean as well, with the supplied tools giving easy access to the nooks and crannies.
