I've had my Bosch cordless stick vacuum for a round a year now, and I continue to be impressed. Even on normal (rather than turbo) setting, it picks up hair, dry mud, spillt bird seed, and random bits of stuff, from carpets and tiles - no problem. The motorised brush works well, and is fairly easy to remove the hair that wraps round it. I typically use it for just a few minutes at a time, so the battery has never run down. I even use it as a humane insect catcher, for moths, bees, and wasps - then empty the dust cup ouside the house and the insects fly away.

As expected from Bosch this vacuum cleaner does what you expect. good suction and light weight. Only small thing is the suggestion to purchase two batterie packs requires further purchase of an extra charger as the vac can only charge on the cleaner so not a lot of point in having the two if you can only charge them in turn. Having said that the batterie certainly lasts long enough for all the jobs we have asked of it and as yer has never rum out half way through. A good product.

WE have had this for a while now after our preveious one died through lack of battery and the expense of replacing the battery pack.This one is excellent its is light and easy to use. The battery is simple to replace and the standard battery lasts for ages. So for us avery good purchase. Like most hings Bosch it is just good at doing what its supposed to do.

The most utterly useless piece of kit I've ever bought.The first requirement of a vacuum cleaner is that it should be able to get that job done efficiently. Anything else that might improve it is pointless if it fails at that first requirement.Bought as my flat is too small to store a normal size vacuum cleaner. Used once to vacuum an area 2x2m very lightly soiled (bits of fluff and a few crumbs) and it just doesn't have the suction power to get up the fluff. Even on turbo I was going over the same piece sixteen times...And I had to clean the brush after the first use because of so much hair tangled around it. A Henry or Nuvac never needed that. Yes it's easy to use without a cord and yes it packs away easily but as someone who has worked as a cleaner for a job and who doesn't have my own cleaner at home, this will not cut down my cleaning time. Get it if you want an expensive, larger than necessary vacuum cleaner for your car (even then there must be cheaper better alternatives). Someone who doesn't actually vacuum clean conceived of this and gave themself a pat on the back at the clever idea that the battery works with the other Bosch power tools. But who cares if it doesn't vacuum clean efficiently? Lovely idea but just a piece of kit that doesn't get the job done.

Good Points: Great value, really useful for a quick clean up each morning and evening of dog hairs that accumulate around the skirtings and kitchen floor. Takes me 1/3 of the time . No plugging in, trailing leads, unplugging then plugging in farther down the house. That might sound lazy but with the dogs undery feet it's a right faff. This Bosch makes it a really easy operation. Wall mount is good too so when your done it hangs back up and automatically starts to re charge .
Do not know if the appliance is registered. The plate under the battery is virtually unreadable without a magnifying glass and difficult even then. Also took photos to see if that helped but no luck. Tried phoning customer services only to be cut off. Motto do not buy Bosch if you intend to register the warranty!
Just purchased new Bosch series 6 vacuum cleaner to replace our 9 year old Dyson. Went for the Bosch because of its weight ( very light ) and the price, almost half the cost of a similar Dyson.So far delighted with the performance and run time on a single charge. Extremely easy to use and manoeuvre on the floors and furniture.Delighted.
I put the Bosch stick vacuum together fairly easily and it has been extremely useful especially as it can go beneath furniture and beds. I haven't used the tools or the handheld part yet but found it reasonably easy to empty. It saves me having to get my Henry out as I can vacuum my house downstairs on one charge . Charing is straightforward. I couldn't use the wall attachment to hang up the vacuum as I don't have a convenient wall in the cupboard so it has to be propped up as it can't stand up on its own, a minor inconvenience.
