Love this all-in-one kettle bell. It motivates me to run my daily exercise routine, which I used to switch back and forth between different eights. With the Bowflex SelectTech kettlebell now, exercising never becomes such an enjoyable experience that I drive to perform every day. It is nimble, multifunction, and flexible to include into my daily fitness plan. I love the overall idea of it: there’s a nice stand for the weights to sit in when not on the ball; the knob is easy to turn to add/subtract weights; it’s super sleek and not a pain. I wanted to love it. Our only con was the shape makes it very awkward to work with sometimes, and it’s quite tall compared to other kettle balls. The weight would hit my legs if I didn’t have them spread out enough, or it was awkward to do some arm workouts with it. Overall I love the concept, however the shape just made it a little difficult for what we needed

Covid-19 purchase!We usually use the gym in our complex, but of course it's closed during lock down.We don't have space for a lot of bulky gym equipment at the moment and really wanted to buy the 90 lbs Select-tech dumbbells but they're out of stock. However, we are now not so toned anyway, so the lower weight kettle bells seemed like a good purchase while we wait for the dumbbells to be available.The kettle bells are very sturdy and easy to use. I already own the 50 lbs select-tech dumbbell set, which I have at a home overseas. The mechanism is similar and works just as well. I expect these kettle bells will last a long time and work well for me, as so far, they look as good as everything else I have seen from the company.

Every piece of weight equipment I've ever owned has it's problems. This kettlebell is no different. However, it is very well thought out and executed for the most part. Could it have more weight increments instead of "only" 6? Sure it could. Could the handle be a little thicker? Also true. Could the kettlebell itself be made out of more metal and less plastic. Darn right. BUT, I love this kettlebell because those are just nitpicky items. It's tough and durable, easy to adjust, comfortable (except I do have large hands and I hit the top of the selector dial now and again while working out), and for the $109 I paid for it, well worth the money when you consider 6 kettlebells from 8 to 40 pounds would be more than that.

When the pandemic shut everything down I started building my home gym to continue my fitness regime. I thought the Bowflex kettle bell was a good choice since I have limited space at home and this takes the place of several bells. IN that regard is it a product. I like the set up of the unit and switching the weight is very easy and the unit is solid and seem well built The quaity of the kettle bell is very good overall, but i does have one major flaw. If do decide to I keep this thing I will probably wrap the handle with athletic tape to make it easier to grip. I should not have to deal with that given the cost of this thing.
