I take 2, or 3 tblspns a day for gout(to clean my kidneys of uric acid), weightloss, and digestion. I use the honey cayenne, as it it somewhat gentler. Mix in the 2 tbs each morn in ngf before eating with at least* 8 oz of water to not burn your throat. If you're new to acv, begin with 1 tbsp to 8 oz of water, or more, then build up. I feel this helps me fight off a gout attack, cleans my digestion track, and I feel better taking it. Highly recommend for anyone with any issues with their stomach like IBS, I have, and general stomach issues. Lifesaver. When you take it, plan on waiting an hour befor eyou leave the house, it will help with constipation. Do not take at night, it can keep you awake, activate your metabolism. Buy this on Netrition - here is why:

My sister often picks this same item up for me at various stores - same brand, same size, same everything. HOWEVER, the product which she gets looks NOTHING like the rich golden orange version I ALWAYS get from Netrition. Why is this so? I really cannot say.The same product purchased at multiple other stores has a thin watery and mild yellow color. I had thought for a couple of years that perhaps it was a new, less concentrated formulation. Nope. I have never received a watery pale-hued product when I purchase from Netrition. Anyone else have this same experience?

I have used this for about a year now and I got my sister and friends hooked on it too. I have sensitive combination skin and use this 3 or 4 times a week with my night skin care routine. After using a gentle cleanser to wash my face, I apply this on my face While it's still slightly damp. I follow up with an vit. C serum and then an occlusive face cream with good stuff like ceramides. Now, in the winter, finish with a light face oil to lock all of the moisture in.It has diminished my dark spots and helped with melasma that I got from pregnancy a few years ago. I'm on my second bottle and still think it's a great buy

Katy Perry First thing she did was dilute it

We noticed that the vinegar wasn't nearly as potent as it used to be and seemed to almost be like water. We did some research and the Bragg brand was purchased by Katy Perry and her boyfriend Orlando Bloom in 2019.Apparently they have now started making changes to make the company more "profitable" for their investment by watering down their product. We don't support KatyFirst thing she did was dilute it. Why couldn’t she just leave it as it was? Profits I guess. Will be looking for a different brand now unfortunately.

I've been buying this for many years so trust me I know how it's supposed to taste. Almost everyone is taking advantage of the pandemic. Prices are going up and quality and quantity is going down.
