The cleansing brush is rather soft and Iâm not sure if thatâs a good thing or not because it didnât really feel like there was any point using it, then when I press on just a little the motor stops rotating momentarily until I lifted the pressure off a bit, I know itâs not meant to scrub the face but I donât think I will be using that tool. The toner is nice to use with a facial serum but again the motor doesnât like too much pressure, I would even say it has a similar reaction to an electric toothbrush. I didnât really feel much difference from using the toner. The device itself charges up really quickly and the battery has lasted 4 sessions so far. I like how slender the Facespa is, it does come with a pouch and a stand but it fits snuggly into my makeup bag. I do think that I purchase a similar device for less than this one. What sets this one apart really is the brand name, itâs a trusted brand and I know if this product should develop a fault I have a safety net and the reassurance that this product will serve me well. I really like my new epilator, Iâd like it more if it had a trimmer instead of a cleanser and toner.

I charged it for just over and hour, the charging light indicated it was fully charged. I began with using the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 Epilator. I used it to shape my eyebrows. I must admit I did go back over the sections again as it was such a lovely feeling. This can be used both wet and dry, I have only tested it wet so far. To clean this head I took it off and ran it under warm water and left it to drain. Lastly I used my normal face cream with the MicroVibration head. Itâs metal surface had a lovely cooling feel to it when it was pulsating on my face. There were two settings to give an intensive massage. I started with the most powerful setting first and finished with the more gentle massage. Again each area of the face, was given a 20 second massage before moving onto the next. To clean this head I took a soft cloth and gently rubbed off any excess cream. Once each of the accessories was clean and dry I was able to store them all in the gorgeous pouch and put the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911, in its stand on my bathroom shelf. As I sit here typing this review, my face feels like it has had a wonderful pampering experience, as do I and I am looking forward to tomorrow when I can experience it all over again. I will be making it part of my daily routine as it is simple to use and looks so elegant on my bathroom shelf when not being used (to make my family and friends jealous!).

Then I have discovered Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 Epilator - 30 seconds and I can proudly look in the mirror. Due to speed 99% of hair removed in absolutely painless way. There is no comparison to manual hair removal using classic forceps - considering pain level, time saved and accuracy. Satisfied with the above I have immediately moved to eyebrows and I have never had that smooth skin under my eyebrow line. Even so the facial epilation around eyebrows is more painful than anywhere else on the face you still cannot talk about pain or discomfort what you experience using forceps. Very little skin redness after treatment is not affecting the impressions at all. My only disappointment was the tip of the epilator which makes it a bit difficult to use it for creating nice eyebrow shape and I would possibly look at improvement here. Next day I have tried Cleansing brush head and I must say this had surprised me a lot. I was expecting it to be very uncomfortable but it is very soft, giving you very gentle face massage while cleaning and so it made a face cleaning my daily ritual now. I use it twice a day and after my 1st week I can see that my skin is getting its radiance back, black spots are reduced and there is less dryness on my nose and forehead (most likely due to preparing my skin properly to absorb applied cosmetics). Cleaning head in combination with MicroVibration head that gently massages the cream into the skin relaxes and leaves skin very soft. It reminds me of the professional spa treatments and finally I do not forget about face cleaning and moisturising which I did a lot in the past. The whole kit comes with Bronze epilator cap which gives it very stylish and modern finish, stand to be able to store the epilator on the shelf, very lovely pouch for remaining of accessories and small cleaning brush. I Will highly recommend to buy this for yourself, especially if you cannot motivate yourself to deep cleaning your face and taking care of it the way it deserves. This is absolute MUST HAVE for any woman who for relatively low cost want to take care of herself at home spa!

The difference between the normal and âturboâ mode was very subtle too so figuring out what setting it was on was confusing at times! Though I did discover it has a handy âlockâ setting so you can put it in your bag for travel safely without worrying about it accidentally turning on. Thoughtful plus! It comes with a little pouch for the attachments and a cute circle stand. I love the rose gold/copper colour and this would make a lovely gift to a mother, sister, friend etc. Itâs so convienent having multiple features on one device and definitely feels like a luxurious âspa eveningâ whenever I do my skin care routine now. The battery lasts a good while too, I charged it for an hour out of the box and after a few days use I still havenât needed to recharge it yet!

I usually apply my serum with my finger tips then use the MicroVibrating head afterwards and itâs so relaxing, a real treat if using after a long day. I love this little gadget! The attachments are great! Iâm not much in to beauty but I did like the toning head, I felt it eased my sinuses and face muscles and got the blood flowing. Also the cleansing brush was fantastic. Made everything effortless. Now to get to the epilator itself. It does work but as a person with a lot of coarse hairs, sometimes it does struggle to get these hairs and takes a lot of going over to remove them. Sometimes I feel like the motor is struggling to keep up and you can smell the oil in the epilator which isnât very nice! But all in all I am feeling much happier with a lot less hairs on my face and my face feeling soft and refreshed!
I was pretty excited to try out the FaceSpa Pro - what most interested me was the cleansing brush and microvibration head for applying product, rather than the epilator head, but I was happy to give that a try too! Well, I'm actually a little disappointed with the microvibration head, as it doesn't seem to actually do anything... but the cleansing brush is quite nice as long as I'm careful with it on my sensitive skin, and the small patch of hair I tested the epilator on was duly epilated! The product is gorgeous-looking and comes with a nice charging stand and storage/travel pouch, although my minor gripe is that the cap only fits on with the epilator head which is the one I'll be using least, so I have to keep changing the heads back to put the lid on after use. ... MoreI was pretty excited to try out the FaceSpa Pro - what most interested me was the cleansing brush and microvibration head for applying product, rather than the epilator head, but I was happy to give that a try too! Well, I'm actually a little disappointed with the microvibration head, as it doesn't seem to actually do anything... but the cleansing brush is quite nice as long as I'm careful with it on my sensitive skin, and the small patch of hair I tested the epilator on was duly epilated! The product is gorgeous-looking and comes with a nice charging stand and storage/travel pouch, although my minor gripe is that the cap only fits on with the epilator head which is the one I'll be using least, so I have to keep changing the heads back to put the lid on after use. The product charges quickly and easily and after being charged is cordless which makes it nice and easy to use in the bathroom or bedroom or wherever you do your beauty regime. I found the epilator a little awkward as I'm used to a larger one whereas this has a tiny head for precision hair removal, but once I got the hang of it I could use it to successfully epilate a test patch on my arm. It seemed to get most of the small hairs there without too much breakage, but I'm not sure I would want to try to do e. g. my eyebrows with it, as despite the head being quite small, I'm not sure I could be as precise as I wanted on an area like eyebrows. I feel like it would be much more suited to removing lip and chin hair as you don't want to leave any behind in a particular shape in those areas! The cleansing brush head is easy to use but can also be a little bit harsh if you are not careful, as it rotates/buzzes quite quickly and if you apply too much pressure or leave it in one place for too long it can irritate your skin. Using plenty of cleanser and keeping the head moving minimises the risk of making your face sore though. After use I was pleased with the softness and smoothness of my skin and felt like it did a good job of exfoliating as well as cleansing. I tried out the MicroVibration head for applying my regular moisturiser and to be honest I found it annoying and unhelpful, I only use a small amount of moisturiser normally and spread it over my face with both hands whereas with the FaceSpa I have to keep applying a little dot of moisturiser to it and moving to a new area to dab it into my skin - it's just a bit of a faff really, and I didn't notice any benefit from doing it that way, so I will probably stick to applying moisturiser myself and just using the FaceSpa's cleansing brush. There's also a little spare brush for cleaning the epilator head which is vital as otherwise it gets a bit clogged up with dust and hairs and won't work very well - it's great that this is included because it's exactly the right size and shape for the epilator head. All in all I'm pleased with the cleansing head on this product but won't be using the other two included heads - one out of three isn't bad but I feel like it's a bit of a shame and a waste to have the other two heads go unused.
The outer box is simple in design yet fiddly to open. Whilst images convey the product contents, the picture of the chosen female gives the impression that this product is aimed at the youthful 20-30âs market rather than a more mature person. Additionally there is nothing on the outer images that indicate that it could be used by someone of 8+ years as detailed in the instruction booklet â so possibly a missed marketing opportunity to the body conscious teenage market. I felt that the packaging was a little oversized for the product content, however it is certainly protected. The main unit is Sleek with an ergonomic design yet feels sturdy/robust. The unit, with any of the attachments in place is a comfortable weight in your hand, and not cumbersome when holding for long periods of time. It is very similar in size and weight to an electric toothbrush, and just as easy to operate/move around. Previously I have had a small electrical palm held facial exfoliator and the longer handle on this Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 is definitely a benefit and makes it much easier to use. I feel that the definition of the on/off button could be improved. Its ok when looking directly at it to locate the button, however if trying to operate the switch when against the face it is occasionally difficult to locate & apply sufficient pressure in the correct location for required result. Bearing in mind, in the case of the Cleansing Brush, this is a vibrating brush that can have liquid on which could spray if moved away from the face whilst still in motion. I found that due to its size, the instruction booklet gives an impression of complexity, however the English section is only 4 pages. Perhaps a shaded area incorporated on the open edge (within each language section) could be considered to aid reflection of the simple instructions needed to be read rather than the thick ÂŒ inch booklet presented with. Tried and tested Cleansing brush â tickles when used dry or wet with a soapy solution/cleanser, but a pleasant sensation none the less. You are left with a fuzzy feeling for a while after and definitely a smoother feel to your skin. MicroVibration Head. â not so sure of this one. The cold surface (without lotion) is revitalising to the eye area and i would consider using it as a massaging tool on low setting on the temple area when experiencing a head ache (if this method of headache control normally works for you), however once lotion is added to the attachment head I am less impressed. It moves ok over the immediate area with lotion, but the metal surface becomes âstickyâ when the lotion runs out or you move to a new area without lotion and therefore drags across the skin rather than flowing smoothly. Personally I obtained more affect by massaging the lotion/cream in using my fingers! I did find the timer feature a good point. It reminds you to move on to another area meaning you can control your overall usage time as part of your beauty routine. Epilator â whilst I have used an epilator on my legs for hair removal for many years, I am fortunate not to have unruly eyebrows nor unwanted facial hair (top lip etc), however I tried it on my cheek. It is very gentle and what I expect in sensation from an epilator. The compact head is much more suited to hair removal in this area than the normal larger epilators available for leg hair maintenance. It could also be useful on the bikini line due to its smaller head. As with any epilation, discomfort is experienced until you become de-sensitised to the sensation (which does occur over time and with more use), however the results of this method of hair removal is long lasting when compared to shaving and less messy than wax application.

I also found the built in timer a bit annoying as it was never quite long enough to work on one area of my face and the brush stops rotating for a couple of seconds when the timer reaches the end before starting up again, good idea in theory but I would have liked to have been able to turn this function off. I also feel like I have used a LOT more of my cleansing product than I would have applying by hand as without product on the brush the bristles can feel a bit rough after a while if your skin is very dry (like mine). Overall it did work well to remove leftover makeup but didnât deliver quite the results I was hoping forThe MicroVibration Head - Again I think I had possibly put my expectation of what this would deliver on a pedestal before actually trying the product but I was very disappointed. On a positive, the head felt nice and cool on first touch against your skin and then almost delivers a slight warming feel when using it. The microvibration is a nice sensation on cheeks but (onto the negatives) felt a bit like a drill against boney areas such as my forehead, cheekbones and chin! The timer function also comes into play with this head and is again rather annoying as I would prefer a smooth constant movement from one area to another rather than a disjointed gap, it is also quite noisy when vibrating which takes away from the relaxing spa feel it should create. I was using more product again than usual too and after using the head still ending up using my fingertips to finish applying my cream as I felt a lot of my moisturiser was still sitting on my face and wasnât rubbed in fully.To summarise, I think the product is a great idea in theory but has a lot of downsides. It looks great but in my opinion it is overpriced for what it actually delivers and I feel the only part I will use regularly is the epilator head. All in all, a very expensive epilator.
