A precise shave head that in my mind is great for close shaving in small areas of the face and a detailing comb. I bought a Phillips beard trimmer a few years ago and I noticed the battery life wasn't as good as it needs to be.Now, I don't know if my old trimmer was on the fritz or if beard trimmers just got better in the last few years. It might even be that my old one was just bad.By comparison, this is very quiet and there's definitely no tugging at beard hairs like the older one. It's easy to set the desired length each time. The battery seems to last around two weeks. Which is great!!

This is a brilliant piece of kit for those men that was a fantastically manicured beard/facial hair. It has a number of additional attachments to make your life easier that suit certain parts of your face/head.The trimmer is easy to hold and has been well sculpted to enable you to hold it in the perfect position for use. It is a compact device and the battery lasts a long time so no need to continuously keep charging and the fact it is waterproof just helps with cleaning.I highly recommend!
It's compact, light weight, versatile and the battery lasts for ages. I like the way the blades can be changed quickly and easily. The adjustments to the length of hair to be cut is very precise. The blade on its own doesn't give as close a shave as I would like, but there's a handy little addition that gives a close shave for small areas where accuracy is required. I remind myself this is why it's called a beard trimmer and not a shaver. It can be used for dry or wet cuts. Overall I'm happy with this product and would recommend it to others. I love the fact it's easy to travel with, and comes with a handy little travel bag.
I'm really happy with this Braun Series 5 beard trimmer. And happy with the results it gives. I've wanted a reliable trimmer for my daily beard care and this one does exactly what is says on the tin.Good sharp blade for excellent results. The precision wheel is a great feature too. I can choose the best length for my beard. Easy to clean and a long lasting battery and all in a neat little storage bag. Handy attachments too so I can choose how I want to style.
I go through shavers and trimmers quite regularly and this has to be one of the best I’ve come across. I love that it’s waterproof and having 40 settings for length which may seem excessive but it really is a fantastic feature. If you want a close shave you come out razor smooth. If you have any facial hair there are some great attachments for grooming and helping to get the perfect shape. Also has a great battery life of about 1.5hrs and is light and compact so really ideal for travelling too. This is a comfortable to grip shaver ideal for any man whether you prefer to be smooth shaven, have styled facial hair which is shorter or a full beard. Well done Braun. My new go to shaver for sure.

Then youve got the different trimming heads, the standard one does exactly what you need. But most importantly it doesnt leave no long hairs in places & give you the trim that you need, it gets right into the places that are usually difficult. Then you have the precision trimmer head, wow now that is just something else. This does exactly what it says, precision! Get to the even tighter spaces the other one cant, but takes the stubble down that little bit further making it feel even better. Overall my thoughts on this trimmer has left me impressed. I have recently started using this trimmer, I have used 3 times now.My initial impressions was a good soft hold .I like the simple design of the trimmer. It is good to hold, comes with a pouch which is nice.I haven't used a round length adjuster before so had to match to my old trimmer slider one to be sure It is the same length. I like the wheel which i found it easy to use than the slider ones in other trimmers. Other than that the wheel is quite smooth and ticks in place as you rotateIt was easy to clean, happy with the attachments , the fine trimmer does the job well . All attachments are easy to remove with a gentle pull .Overall happy with the product and it is quick to use and store.
Being one of those persons that prefer to have some stubble rather than be cleanly shaved and certainly not too long that it gets itchy, this nifty little beard trimmer is ideal. 30 different sizes and cuts so well and leave a lovely finish. It has attachments for longer beards and a share attachment along with a precision trimmer. The unit is small and compact and easy to use. 100mins for a 60 min charge. It is also a powerful cut so nothing is any bother to it. Think Braun know what doing when comes to male grooming.Certainly happy with this
