Amazing Multipurpose Device!
I’ve used this for a few days now and really loved its overall performance and help in the kitchen. It’s easy to connect the parts of your desired use, it took me few times to get the hang of disassembling the parts. This one has a safety button/light, once the device is ready (red light on) you have to be quick in pressing the button followed by the operating button, or else, it’ll go back to ready mode. It delivered all its functions very well, I was able to make a fruit shake, vegetables puree, I’m totally addicted in crushing ice with it and the multiple blades for food processor mode are really good! I’m able to incorporate more vegetables to my toddler’s food now! Last to mention, I tried to make a toddler clay using the bread kneader attachment and it’s pretty cool! I’m yet to learn how to make an actual bread. I like that the containers have safety rubber at the bottom. This is really a great help in the kitchen, it saved me a lot of time in chopping meal ingredients and It made me more creative in serving food to my family. Quite fun, I add more vegetables to our meal now because I’ve enjoyed using the food processor so much. Just one note, you have to press and hold the operate button to continuously use it. A room for improvement, I wish there’s a continuous ON button instead of holding it down.Cleaning: Totally easy! Almost everything can be washed manually or put in a dishwasher.... Show more

Beauty Braun
My new Braun hand blender works fantastic. I was surprised at the large box that arrived and so many attachments but once unpacked and assembled, it fits into my cupboard, no problems. I use the hand blender and mini processor the most, which are very good to use and easy clean up. Very powerful (1200W) product as my old Braun hand blender (20 years old) was only 500W. Had to get a new one as I broke the mini processor bowl. Well recommend this product.... Show more

Great hand mixer Plus
This hand mixer turned out to be much more than I expected. The stick itself is good quality, easy to assemble and simple to use. But eith all the attachments it really replaces the need for a for a food processor with both the small chopper "bowl" and a much larger one. All the pieces come apart easily for cleaning with minimal parts that can be submerged in water. These are well finished and easy to wipe clean. I've chopped nuts and dry spices, made smooth pastes and chunkier, textured mixtures for soups and sauces. So many blade options I've not yet used them all but no need for a hand held hulienne any more. Long cord for easy use and the splash guard allowed me to liquefy spinach in a shallow bowl without any mess. A great product well worth its price. ... Leaves competitors in the dust
I’ve owned a few hand blenders over the years, and the Braun MutiQuick 9 is on a league of its own. First, the wand, 1200W of power, it’s an absolute beast of a hand blender. It has a pressure sensitive trigger that delivers more power the harder you press, meaning you can operate the blender with just one hand without having to manually change speed all the time. Next is the blending shaft, arguably the main reason to ever own a hand blender, and it is a knockout. It looks and feels durable and blends so well, it also has this ActiveBlade technology that allows the blade to up and down so that no food is left unblended. I’ve been using it to make anything from baby food, pumpkin soup and fruit smoothies, and the results have been brilliant. There is no food ... There is no food splattering even at the maximum blending speed.Besides the blending shaft, the MultiQuick 9 also comes with a multitude of attachments. The puree attachment makes wonderfully fluffy mash potatoes without needing much effort. I’ve also used the chopper attachment to make salsa and other dips and made crushed ice for the fun of it. Cleaning up is also a breeze as most of the attachments can be put in the dishwasher. I highly recommend this product, German engineering at its finest.... Show more

Multi Quick 9 A whole new world of cooking!
Never owned a food processor before. Still working out how I can use this. So far I've made cakes and coleslaw. It's so quick & no mess around the kitchen. Clean up is simple & easy (don't own a dishwasher which would make cleaning even quicker). Would have liked a few basic recipes in the manual to help explain what each item can do. I found the manual a little lacking in instructions. It almost assumes that the user has had previous experience with this system. Overall, it is an amazing machine. I love using it. Looking forward to Christmas cooking!... Show more

Safe, quick and effective food processor!
The Braun MultiQuick 9 is an impressive food processor! I wanted something to replace my stick blender (which redecorates the backsplash every time I use it!) and the MultiQuick 9 stick blender is excellent. It makes smooth soups and sauces quickly and easily, and has the added feature that the blade extends to reach food hiding at the bottom of the pot. There is a seal around the blade shaft to prevent food getting caught in the shaft a real problem with other stick blenders! The MultiQuick 9 is very safe, effective and quick and easy to use! I love the way all of the pieces click together so you know theyre in correctly, and the safety lock wont let the machine start until you are ready! I love the way all of the pieces click together so you know theyre in correctly, and the safety lock wont let the machine start until you are ready! I have been very impressed with the slicing, dicing and grating blades on the MultiQuick 9. There are so many options for size and thickness of food, and its so easy to change between blades. In seconds, hard and soft foods alike are chopped into uniform pieces or slices! My old food processor is now redundant - it never gets used anyway because its just so fiddly to change the blades and so much food gets caught in the housing without being chopped! The food processor blades are also very quick and effective. I can throw two onion halves into the bowl and its diced in seconds. Curry pastes are quick and easy to make. I made a wonderful curry powder using the smaller chopping accessory all of the seeds were chopped very quickly and the powder was contained within the sealed container. Ive been very impressed with the MultiQuick 9 and I look forward to experimenting with it a whole lot more! The only drawback is that the manual instructs you to rest the machine for 3 minutes after 30 seconds of continuous use. That leaves time to peel the next load of vegetables or prepare the ingredients for the next recipe!... Show more

So much more than a blender
The Braun Multiquick 9 is a fantastic kitchen gadget with the potential to replace a stand mixer and food processor, as well as being a great stick blender. With space being at a premium in many homes, the small footprint of the machine, compared to having all of these separate machines, as well as the light weight of the components is an added bonus. I liked the range of attachments and the ease with which the main unit attaches and detaches. Almost all of the parts can be washed in the dishwasher which is a great time saver. I particularly like the dough tool which allows cake mixes and pastry to be made easily. Its a shame the kneading hook is not included as this would make it even more versatile. surprisingly powerful
The Braun multiquick 9 surprised me with just how powerful it is. It handled the every day kitchen prep with ease. It really has the potential to replace so many of my kitchen gadgets. I decided to make something with multiple elements to put it to the test. a quick vote from the kids and pizza scrolls it is. grabbed the dough hook attachment and the food processor XL bowl. In went the dough ingredients, clicked the motor of the hand blender into place, pressed the safety button to unlock and squeezed the smartspeed switch. 2 minutes later and the dough is ready to set aside to proof. Superfast and very easy to wash up. On to the second task, sliced and grated the veggies in seconds in the XL bowl with the variety of slicing blades. no more crying over dicing the ... Superfast and very easy to wash up. On to the second task, sliced and grated the veggies in seconds in the XL bowl with the variety of slicing blades. no more crying over dicing the onion as it chopped onion in the smaller bowl with the touch of a button. once all the veggies were cooked i poured them into the beaker, used the active blade shaft and it turned them into a smooth silky sauce in seconds. I was definitely impressed with how there was no splashing of the mixture anywhere. Again the clean up was a breeze! Task 5, now I was sure that it wouldn't stand up to the task of blending raw unsoaked cashews into a smooth sauce to create my cashew cheese layer. Nope I was wrong! The multiquick 9 got the job done to a totally acceptable standard. before placing the assembled scrolls in the oven, I garnished them with some fresh herbs that I threw into the small chopping bowl and had pulsed until they were chopped. The only negative I could find whilst using the multiquick 9 was that having to continually press the safety button every time you let the smartswitch go was quite frustrating and awkward.Overall; I am extremely impressed with the versatility and efficiency of this product. It is very appealing to me to have a kitchen gadget that can do everything I need. A very welcome addition to our kitchen.... Show more

The best hand blender I've used
If you're after a great immersion blender, look no further. The Braun Multiquick 9 has a strong motor, great build quality, is easy to clean and comes with a huge range of blending accessories. In the box you'll find two processing bowls, a beaker and eleven attachments, allowing you to churn up a storm in a heartbeat. On first use I was immediately impressed by the power of the motor and even after half a dozen uses I am still impressed by just how quickly it will obliterate any ingredient placed in the bowl. Best of all, being a novice cook I am no longer groaning at the thought chopping and mixing different ingredients, if I'm to be perfectly honest it's now fun and best of all a real time saver. Best of all, being a novice cook I am no longer groaning at the thought chopping and mixing different ingredients, if I'm to be perfectly honest it's now fun and best of all a real time saver. My favourite attachment is the chopping knife. As much as I like making french fries and smoothies, any device which transforms a laborious task into something that takes under thirty seconds is a hands down winner. Just a word of warning unpacking the box, the blades are extremely sharp and with a momentary lapse of concentration I sliced my thumb on one of the attachments. Common sense for most I'm sure, but certainly an exercise you'd want to do with the kids at a safe distance. The Multiquick 9 is a stellar device that has greatly increased the number of 'quick dinner' options at home. I'm baking cakes and pastries for the first time in years, smoothies are a big hit, making fries is a hoot and I'm reaching for dusty cookbooks I never thought I would open again. The Multiquick 9 is a very solid recommend.... Show more

Very versatile!
I was really amazed with the amount of attachments that came with the Braun MultiQuick 9 hand blender. The various blades clip in and out easily and the feed tube is big enough that you don’t need to cut vegetables up too much to push them through which is a timesaver.I was surprised to find out that I could easily and finely chop 2 single cloves of garlic in the chopper attachment. My old processor could never manage that. The masher accessory has made mashed potato so easy. It does the hard work for you so you don’t need to have big muscles to get really good results. The chip slicer definitely helps make chips quickly and easily, although, if you’re after long or chunky style chips, this is probably not going to give you those results. With all the attachments that come with the blender, including very sharp blades, it would have been great if it had come with a container to help safely store it all away but apart from that, it’s really fun, easy to use and gives great results....
