I've used the Citrus Press Pro on 3 occasions now (spread over 1 month). The first 2 times were amazing, without any glitches. The 3rd time, the "fruit dome" fell off after juicing a few oranges. I thought I hadn't clipped it in securely so did so and continued to juice more oranges. It kept coming off! I looked at the manual and found a note about the C-clip. "Due to constant removal of this part, Breville has supplied 4 additional C-clips. If the fruit dome becomes loose, please use a spare C-clip to replace the old one". After one month????? This juicer looks very professional and works beautifully. Here's a trick I learned to keep the handle and the cup that comes down with the handle from getting messy: Take a large plastic bag and slip it over the entire handle and the cup and leave it there while juicing your citrus fruit. It keeps your messy hands from leaving residue on the handle and keeps the cup part from requiring removal and washing each time you use the machine. Now that I've discovered that little trick, everything is perfect. And the fact that the reamer itself is stainless steel is a true plus.

I've had one since 2019. The dome continually falls off. I bought a new C-clip from Breville and that didn't fix the problem. Breville charges $19 for a new dome. I don't want to sink any more money into this. We got a new replacement juicer in 2021 and it had the same problem from the outset. Breville rep said they won't replace the dome even if it's under warranty. so if you like payint $19 every couple of months, this is the one for you.

I wrote a “ what a breeze” review 7 days agoI wanted to say to the reviewer that also wrote a good review on the “citrus press” but was a little bothered by the plastic ring that helped the top cup stay in place, was now dropping down after each use. I got extra rings with my juicer for that reason & I’m sure you can order more if needed.you could probably put a piece of plastic wrap on it b4 putting it in place & that should hold it as another option. Also another reviewer who’s only complaint was that pulp stuck to the top cup- that doesn’t happen if you rinse it off after your done juicing. Pulp sticks to EVERYTHING in general- glass etc. That’s the nature of the beast, it has nothing to do with Breville. -Carole #happycustomer
We have freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, so after using a very old plastic juicer for years I decided it was time to buy an electric one. I did some research on various juicers, watched some YouTube videos on juicers and finally decided this Breville was the one to get. I'm very happy with the purchase. It's easy to use, quick and easy to clean and gets so much more juice out of each orange than I was getting, squeezing it manually. I would definitely recommend it.

But, the fruit dome attached to the arm on this juicer is a problem. The dome starts to fit loosely in the arm with twice per week usage because the plastic piece at the top of the dome that presses into the arm (and allows it to eject for cleaning) wears out very quickly. This results in the dome falling out of the arm every time you juice, requiring you to reattach it once or twice per juicing session. Breville provides you with 4 plastic "O-rings" that attach to the dome, which help a bit to secure it, but the real issue is the wearing out of the actual top piece of the fruit dome, which means soon you will have to order a replacement dome from Breville for $21.65 plus shipping in order to keep using the juicer. In addition, it is impossible to get the juicer components clean, and no amount of scrubbing will remove the acid stains from the juicing cone or the metal pulp trays. As a few others have stated in their reviews, given the cost of this item, Breville should have fixed the design flaws with the dome by now. When all is said and done, I think I will end up returning this item solely due to the dome issue (I could live with the acid stains), and find something else less expensive that gets the job done.
It's a well built solid machine, with very few plastic parts; it's very easy to use and clean; You can press any size of citrus from small lemon to big pomelos; the motor is powerful enough and starts only when pressing the citrus. We're using it almost daily for years and it makes me smile as I remember how tedious using the previous juicer was!My only regret is the lack of single spare parts, for example the small rubber stopper is not sold separately, it's part of the juice collector.
My family is using Breville citrus press juicer for many years now, ever since it was in production. We hand one when we lived in England, UK and just bought one when we moved back home to Florida. We make freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, grapefruit juice, tangerine juice, and pomelo juice. The juicer is cheaper in the US than in the UK. It is very sturdy, looks beautiful and sleek, easy to use, fast, and extracts juice very well. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to have a healthy cup of citrus juice for breakfast or any time of the day. God bless you all.
I bought this citrus press pro 2 years ago and it was the best decision I made: we juice oranges a lot through the week for breakfast and lunch,it never let us down! Until some weeks ago it started to peel the painting coat, I contacted Breville customer service and the process to claim the warranty was really easy, soon I had a new one at my doorstep! I been a Breville customer since I moved out of home and never failed me, can't wait to add other kitchen products to my kitchen! Thanks Breville!
I purchased this at Marshall’s on sale for $70.00. I’ve had it for 3 years & use it often. I absolutely LOVE it! It’s so easy to use & quick. No splattering when juicing & easy clean up. I never new you could get that much juice out of citrus. It separates the pulp which is nice for those who like almost no pulp, I love pulp so I put it right back in my glass of juice. I’d gladly pay full price for this when this one dies. This is a well made heavy duty product. I’ve decided to purchase a Breville juicer because I believe in this product. Totally recommend Breville!
