The juicer/blender design is very clever. All the components felt well-made and the motor feels powerful. The only thing I find a bit annoying is after juicing, there is always about 1 to 2 tablespoon of juice left at the bottom where the blade is as it is seated below the pouring duct. There are also dripping from the duct every time I separate the juicer from the blender, no matter how quickly I try to plug the duct with the rubber stopper. The pouring sprout of the blender also tends to drip when I pour from it. So every time I use it, there would be cleaning up to do. Perhaps Breville can put in a dripless design in the future. That would make it perfect.

I've always been a huge user of my blender, nutribullet and a juicer (a previous Breville unit) so investing in the 'Bluicer' made sense.I've now used it a few times and must say this is the absolute a fantastic device. My juice came out cool (my old one warmed it up too much), thrn easily switched to blender mode.... and tadah !!! All done.Just made the App'acado Smoothie tonight and it was ridiculously easy.Well done Breville. Great new appliance !!

This is the best juicer that I have owned so far. I had a slow juicer and it just took too long when I wanted to do a quick juice. The bluicer whizzes along and it tastes just as good as a slow juicer.I love to juice carrots with some apple, orange and ginger and then crush some ice using the blender so that is becomes a frappe. The blender has a self clean function which is extremely useful to ensure that the blades can be cleaned properly.
The juicer is great, it extracts so much juice and what is left behind is super dry so you know you’re getting all the goodness and not wasting. It can get a bit messy as the blender jug simply sits st the side of the juicer with the nozzle resting into it so you have to make sure it is a close as possible. The blender seems to struggle a bit with frozen fruit so I have found that he cocktail function is the best. It’s really easy to clean which seems to always be the biggest deterrent for people. It’s also very quiet considering what it is doing. I am very happy with the juicer but feel the blender let’s it down a tad and therefore is a bit pricey.
Absolutely love my new Breville 3X Bluicer. This is the one product that help a husband & a father of two like me to become the family's hero by always serving the best tasty and healthy juice to the family. It also helped me a great deal in making my protein shake taste a lot better with different ways of mixing & blending. Overall, this is the best kitchen appliance for me.
The combination juicer and blender is revolutionary. It’s a struggle to get my family to drink green juice, therefore combining with a “drink able” smoothie using the same machine makes life much easier. I highly recommend.

One of the things that has always been most frustrating for me regarding juicers is that I want to have strawberries and various berries blended into a pure juice, but it requires multiple machines to get it done. Berries don't juice up well, so I wouldn't recommend it. Why waste the berry pulp when the berries are so good for you, for example? My expectations were blown out of the water.I've uploaded a photo of my first creation: I literally received a whopping SIXTEEN ounces (that's two cups!) of juice from ONLY two (yes, TWO!) purple heirloom carrots, two apples, and 3 strawberries. I mean.... What the heck? That's more powerful than most "press" types! Anyone who says this blender isn't putting a high out put of juice and is wasting the vegetables/fruits is obviously not using the juicer correctly.Its important to read the manual. Understand the settings, and don't use the wrong strengths of numbers for your juicing strength. Apples/Carrots and other harder items should ALWAYS be blended on a 5. Breville gives you a nice chart for this, so stick to it. The only thing I would NOT do is ever try to juice berries or ultra soft items. Don't waste your berries. Save them for the blender at the tail end. Use the smoothie function and let it blend a full minute before stopping it to get a "glassy" smooth juice. I've read complaints in other reviews that the blender isn't very powerful, but it isn't suppose to be as this is an A++++ juicer before a blender. The blender actually does do a great job, but if you really want your drink smooth as glass, allow it to complete the full 45-60 seconds on the "Smoothie" function. Do not use the other blender functions if you're looking to blend soft things like berries into the pure juice.Assembly: Wow. I thought this was going to be a headache assembling and dissembling from looking at the photos - but NOT AT ALL! The bluicer is designed in a such a way that all the parts seem to just "slip" into place without trying to overly torque or line anything up just right. Everything glides into places with minimal effort.The sky is the limit with this machine. You could add supplements, powdered medicinal herbs, powdered algae, and other incredibly important plant powders to the blender portion at the end using the blender, thus coming up with all sorts of amazing creations.The recipe in the photo is simple: 2 Apples (seeds removed), 2 large heirloom purple carrots.. Juice into the jug. Then, place the jug on the motor and "BLEND" in 3-5 strawberries and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice using the smoothie function for 45 seconds. SMOOTH AS GLASS, I tell you! No water added to get 16 ounces of juice from those few items!In the end, this will be a huge money saver because you need less vegetables and fruits to get high output of juice. AMAZING! 4yrs ago I bought my husband Juice Fountain Plus Juicer and he loves it so much but time goes buy he had to use blender or a bullet so imagine what my kitchen counter looks like? I decided to upgrade his old juicer I didn’t expect that there’s bluicer when I saw it I bought it without second thought and he loves it, he loves to juice more now than because it’s more convenient for him plus it’s self cleaning and he likes that features. He said compare to his old juicer he get’s more of the juice out of the fruits and vegetables and it taste better. His word “It’s truly awesome. It’s a money we’ll spend.
