I'm very impressed with our new kettle, after our old one was packing up. This kettle has a beautiful hold, and boils (very quickly), making sure I can get me and my partners morning cuppa fix ASAP.The colour has really blended in nicely with our kitchen worktop, and the general feel and quality of the kettle is really smooth and sleek - even commented on by friends and family.I would highly recommend this kettle and brand to anyone considering a new kettle for their kitchen or mobile home.The kettle is built very sturdy and doesnt feel flimsy like other kettles we've owned. I feel as though this unit will last a long-time, just make sure you descale along the way (probably every six months or so) dependant if you live in a hard water area like us.

Our previous kettle switch stopped working. This was a Russel Hobbs kettle and although it had worked well there was no way to fix the switch hence the new kettle. We went for this Breville model after some research. It works well and is quite light, easy to fill and boils quickly.

Breville Bold kettle looks modern and stylish and the light grey colour fits really well in my kitchen. It's well build, not flimsy and I can imagine it lasting for quite a while. The power switch lights up when kettle is turned on, and with the high power, it boils fast without being too noisy, less waiting for a nice cuppa! The kettle has a removable limescale filter which is a plus as it reduces the amount of limescale that gets poured out, great feature if you live in hard water area. The kettle is cordless (except the docking base) and has a concealed element which makes it easier to clean. Overall, a good stylish kettle and would highly recommend it.

Smart, quick and quiet, what more do you need from a kettle. Bought the black version to match a toaster I bought a while ago, and was pleasantly surprised in quality, efficiency and look of the product. Swiftly delivered with good packaging and all the info you might need was with it. Can recommend highly.
I bought this to replace my last Breville kettle which I'd had about 6 or 7 years but it had started leaking a lot of water.This lasted three weeks before it too leaked as much as my old one.Having to send back but I needed customer service as I didn't have the returns note. Customer service IS NON EXTISTANT. The chat option doesn't cover everything, and no phone option.It like trying to contact MI5!!!I will be returning it without any box or paperwork.Shame because I loved the old one and this was nice too.
The Breville kettle looks great but it has a large scratch on the handle considering it was a display item and therefore not good value for money and should have been reduced further. It does not boil as fast as my previous kettle and is quite noisy during boiling process. Benefits - Its light in weight and has a large pouring spout and comfortable handle when pouring. Apart from the defect (large scratch on handle) would highly recommend. Thanks - Anna F.

Not just a kettle. We needed a replacement cream kettle to replace the Asda one we’d had for a while and which had developed a faulty switch. We’d also purchased a matching cream coloured previously - a colour match was important. The new one boils faster than its replacement, is more distinctive in appearance and I like the bright light illuminated switch on this one too. I wasn’t too taken with its fluted body, but it’s okay now that I’m used to it. There was no warranty details included or opportunity to register the product. I would imagine that it’s guaranteed for a year and that I need to keep the receipt.

Spout is good, water doesn't go flying. The only disagreement in my house is over the lid. Fantastic Kettle, design is sleak, exceptionally great value on line, not in the store i ad. I wanted it from the store, and went to purchase it, only to find it was half price on line. So i ordered it. I'm delighted with it and fully recommend it. It doesnt drip when pouring and it diesntburn your hands with steam, unlike another make i had. Buy it, you won't be sorry!
