I researched so many different waffle makers before purchasing the breville crisp control but am so glad I chose this one.Reasons I love this waffle maker:1. It has 3 different settings which include soft, medium and crisp and works perfect everytime2. Easy to clean3. Compact and easy to storeTips I've found handy: Dont use more than 1/2 cup of batter per waffleAdd 1-2 tsp oil in with the mixture to prevent stickingMake a double batch and cook on medium setting, let cool then freeze in glad bags - makes a quick brekkie if you reheat in toaster

The Breville waffle maker is amazing. It makes mostly crunchy waffles every time. My only issue is that the waffle is not as crunchy as the way I like it - even when putting it on the dark option. I found that you would normally need to cook your waffle twice to get the best optimal crunch. Although, if your preference is not too crunchy, then this waffle maker is perfect for you. It does not come with a recipe book, so you would need to find your own recipes online.

Highly recommend this waffle maker. Has time lights to let you know when ready to load and when the actual waffle is cooked. You control if you want soft and fluffy or a crispier waffle by turn of a dial. I had no idea waffles were so easy to make and so much healthier than those at the supermarket. Really quick to make. You just blend up the ingredients, pour in and within minutes you have a perfect healthy waffle (well that depends on your toppings LOL).

However it's not those type of machines where you would use everyday as you won't be eating waffles every single day.So far our favourite combination is adding butter, condensed milk and peanut butter. Adding nutella is nice but its tricky. To make the waffles crispy, you need to cool it down (ideally with a fan) immediately the waffle is taken out of the machine, however if the waffles cool down too much, the nutella wouldn't melt properly. Nonetheless, Good Guys is doing a really great job during lockdown as their click and collect service is one of the best we experienced. There was a rush on waffles in the school holidays after the kids received this waffle maker for Christmas! They have experimented with different settings, recipes and toppings which has provided hours of entertainment. The waffles are a good balance of crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. We even managed to make a tasty gluten free version.
This waffle maker is easy to use, has a variable heat setting and reliably turns out the most perfect waffles every time. I make keto waffles which can be challenging but this waffle maker is non stick and does a great job. Would certainly purchase again.
This little waffle maker is perfect. I have never had a waffle maker I. The home before but this one is fantastic. It makes perfect waffles and they come out super crispy and brown. You just need to play around with the cooking settings to get your waffles just the way you like them. This waffle maker is perfect and it’s great value for money. You won’t be disappointed.
This is one of our best small kitchen appliance buys ever. We actually bought it for my son for Christmas and he thinks it is the best present he ever got. We make waffles a few times a week with it and it really is a great little waffle maker. It cooks our waffles so well, they never stick and the whole family enjoys them. We have used a few waffle makers over the years and this really is the best one we have owned. It is such good value for money and if you love waffles then you really should buy this one.
This machine is ok. I'm not sure what I expected but expected a bit better from Breville. The batter has to be perfect measurement or the back ones overflow or don't cook as there isn't enough mixture. A fill line would be handy. Would've also been nice if a recipe came with the instructions. Also have to hold the handle down while it cooks for 2 minutes. A clip would've been handy.
