Bought our first one and it didnt dispense cold water. Nothing came out just a crunching sound. But hot water is fine. Got this swapped out for a new one. And this one second say of use got a E03 error because of a heating element malfunction. That's 2 out 2 products being faulty. Must have the worst luck for the same store to have 2 faulty products. Will be asking for a refund this time instead of a swap out. Not worth the hassle since the store we purchased it from is an hours drive away.

This is the best investment I have made in ages. I owned a couple of different water filters before from different brands and had issues with all of them e.g.: clogging and stopped working. Then we couldn’t find a replacement because the warranty wasn’t very good. But this one is different, it’s very good, cost and time effective. The size of the cooler is ideal for a two people household and the time to cool the water is minnimal. Haven’t had to replace the filter yet which is amazing given the amount of water I have drank already and the set up was very easy. The only con is the noise, it is a bit loud. But other than, very good!

The Breville Activ360 is a useful bit of kit for myself and my partner as we do not own a fridge that dispenses chilled water. It's interface is straightforward with a hot and cold button and a favourite button for each as well as the dispense button. During the Summer this is a godsend when coming back indoors to have a cool glass of water. It also boils water and has a favourite programmable button for cold and hot to set ML. Now in the mornings my partner can wake up, set her coffee mug in and press the hot favourite to fill her mug to her level without monitoring. Also great for filling instant cup noodles for a quick snack! It's negative is it's size. Aqua station performs remarkably well. However the hot cycle, supposedly 100degrees , I have not checked but doesn't appear to be ,also the first 40mls or so is cold b4 the hot water comes out so you need to drain that off 1st or your tea will only be warmish. Takes up a lot of bench space, to be expected I suppose. Value for money I think not. It really is convenient though and overall we are satisfied . No waiting for the kettle to boil.,and the cold cycle is cold enough. Replacement filters, let's hope they're not too expensive or hard to get as time goes by and models change.
Great unit to have, even though a bit expensive, but it's a quality product. It replaced my 5L Brita water filter but now I have chilled and hot water to boot ! Quite a large and heavy device and when the chilling kicks in it can be noisy, but it's probably as noisy as a kettle boiling water. Note that with chilled and hot water, it's not instant 5 degrees or 100 degrees but it may take a bit of water to flow through the pipes to chill / heat it all, but it'll be the desired temp by the second or 3rd glass. It also has handy favorites buttons you can press to recall your favorite temp and amount (1 for cold and 1 for hot). I felt it gave too much information which people like my partner tend to avoid reading manuals for this reason. However as it's a high end product, I was willing to take the 5min to thoroughly read through the steps. In fact, it was quite easy to do despite the paragraphs of instructions in the manual. Now it was time to rest the cold water and it was so fast to chill to 5 degrees. My cold tea was just perfect however on a humid day I'd have to add ice. The hot water started off slow. I experienced a problem with the machine, where it did not heat water even when I used the hot water option. After that it showed me the error code E03, which indicated a problem with the heating element. Unfortunately the only suggestion to fix this in the manual is to contact the Breville customer service, so I contacted first the hometester club. I turned the power off and the error code disappeared. Absolutely amazing. Can not fault the Breville aqua station really easy to set up and use. The custom settings are amazing if you have children and water bottles to fill, they won't become overfilled or pre set the hot for your favourite coffee mug. I absolutely love how fast you can have filtered hot or cold water it keeps up really well with busy morning routines. The unit is super easy to refill. Filter is easy to change and gives the best water quality. I have noticed a huge difference in the taste of our water. I had my eye on this product for a while as as it has some amazing features and just doesn't compare to other filters on the market!
Icy fresh water at the touch of a button. The set up was easy. The footprint on the bench is relatively large, similar to a home coffee machine. You can set the dispense amount (225 ml is good for a normal glass) to fill a glass without worrying about overfilling/spilling water. The temperature control appears accurate and 5C is a great temp for chilled water. Probably the best outcome is I no longer buy and carry water bottles from the supermarket lowering costs and plastic waste. And dont forget instant boiling water for tea, noodles etc.
