Breville The Baker's Dozen Bread Maker

Great bread maker. Light to cary, but beware: it can get hot to the touch when baking! Love the nuts/fruit dispenser. Great value for money.

Our first Breadmaker and were extremely delighted with not only the actual product but the quality of the bread we made..

Breville Bakers Dozen

This machine is so easy to use. I researched the Breville bread makers and other alternatives and ended up choosing the simpler bread maker because it covers all the types of bread I want to bake. Im very happy with the machine, bake my weekly whole meal loaf and the bread produced is a nice high top loaf exactly as I like to bake.

Disappointing features

it did not achieve a high enough temperature to bake bread. the bread was under-baked.

Does the job and looks good.

I like the look and size of this. Bought it to replace Breville Bakers Oven and it has all the same setting sbut does not seem to cook as hot as the Bakers Oven did. Same bread mix, same setting but comes out paler and a tad undercooked. will need to try adding extar baking time. This is my 4th Breville Breadmaker in maybe 25 years. The first one was still the best BB100 or 100 - weighed a ton but lasted FOREVER - I think it lasted as long as the last 2 combined! Here's hoping this one is as good. I paid on line and picked this up in store. The staff were great.

Going fine so far

I've had my Bakers Dozen for only a month so not really in a position to rate it above 4 stars. We do use it for wholemeal breadmaking, with aded nuts and seeds, about 3 times a week and it does a very good job. A surprise feature was its yoghurt making feature which we now also use about 3 times a week and we enjoy the yoghurt it produces .... saving us quite a bit of cash. It looks good on the bench top. Yes, very happy with our purchase so far.

Good Compact Breadmaker

Brought this breadmaker for use whilst travelling offgrid. Good compact size and easy to use. Turns out a great product that is as good as the breadmaker I use whilst at home. Would recommend this breadmaker to anyone looking for a more compact machine.

Great value for money

This little beauty does all the breads you want including fruit bread for a fraction of the cost of its big sibling.

this one beeps when the kneading and rising are done, allowing you to remove the paddle before baking also the non-stick coating is extremely effective

So happy

Got this bread maker two days ago and I love it. Can't ask for more. Yeah there are other types that do more and have more function's but I don't care. I love this one the Baker Dozen by Breville is the one for me. As I only have to make enough bread for two. Any leftover will become breadcrumbs. Also is there any more recipes for this machine. Like a doughnut dough or the classic pound cake and cinnamon scrolls. Please let me know if there are any other recipe's for the Baker's dozen bread maker. Thank you for building it.
