I Love this grill!!! I have had it for 2 weeks and cant stop using it. I have cooked steak, chicken fillets, pork steaks, wraps and toasted sandwiches.I cant wait to try the BBQ feature and try my hand at waffles.So easy to clean with the removable plates, it heats up so fast. the possibilities are endless!!

Better than the cheap Kmart sandwich maker. I can definitely see the difference in the non stick coating. Love that the plates are detachable and easy to clean. I have used it to grill steak and press sandwiches. Less messy than grilling on stove as the oil doesn't splatter.

I upgraded from the previous larger SS model with removable plates. This little grill has a smaller footprint and is asethically pleasing sitting on the bench. However it seems to take longer to heat up than my old one did, the new plate coating is not very non stick and quite difficult clean, the top surround of the plate mount is painted plastic and the paint has peeled off from just wiping it clean with a microfibre cloth and hot water. I'm thinking of trying get new plates for my old one and going back to that because that was a much better grill.

Have recently purchased this item and am happy with the usefulness of the appliance at this time. I do like that you can open fully to BBQ, however it is a touch long for our kitchen benches, so I have to use side on, but no big drama.I do realise now that I did pay almost full price and wished I’d held off for a better deal. As previous reviews have stated the appliance is very easy to clean and that is always a big tick in my book, haven’t made waffles yet but will do so soon. Overall I am happy with this purchase but will be more patient for better deals money wise in the future.
Very effective, versatile and functional grill. Easy to clean too. The removable ceramic non-stick grill plates are a nice innovation that lasts longer and makes it easier to clean.Other useful features:- Preset buttons / temperatures for specific items (burger and sear), are useful and easy to use.- Adjustable height makes it easy to grill soft items without smooshing them.- Interchangeable waffle plate available for purchase. I’m looking forward to trying them, but they have been on back order for many months.PS: we bought this smart grill to replace our old Breville Panini Maker, which had some great features, but did not have removable grill plates and was difficult to clean. It also did not have preset functions. This is a major improvement.
After trying to buy one for the past 12 months we finally have this beauty in our kitchen and we have used it every still day still purchase! The best features you may ask? Well the clean up for one, super easy, in fact as easy as washing a couple of plates and a small bowl. The actual cooking functions - perfect and consistent heat across both plates with no hot spots. Folds out flat for the full use of both plates with is a godsend for our family of teens. A very versatile unit.
