I have only one complaint about my new sewing machine. I have arthritis in my hands and it is very difficult to thread machine especially the #6 before you thread the needle and it is difficult to get the Bobbin in and out. The needle threader is a life saver. Otherwise I love my new machine. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a great sewing machine. My last sewing machine was a Brother CS6000. I retired it after 10 years but I am keeping it as a back up. Thank you for making great sewing machines.

I find this incredibly helpful, especially since I do not have a lot of experience working with sewing machines, as this is only the second machine I've owned, and the first computerized machine I've experienced. My only word of advice would is to be sure and read through the manual carefully. The manual thoroughly explains the features of this machine, how to use them, and troubleshooting issues, should they happen; however, reading the manual is necessary so that one understands how the machine is best operated.I would absolutely recommend this machine for anyone who sews or wants to learn to sew. It is a great machine for a great price, and I am happy with my purchase.

Bought about 1 month ago at Joann Fabrics. My Dad was a professional tailor and I was used to his industrial machines so I didn't purchase this thinking it was a professional model. However for the price I would have liked to get something that didn't hop around on the sewing table, or purchase a machine that right out of the box skipped stitches from the bobbin side, or have a reverse button that doesn't always stop reversing. It is now past being able to return it to Hobby Lobby. So I am out $229.00 on a machine I was hoping to be able to use to make a little money on the side to supplement my income.

This machine actually made me long for her machine from the 1960ās.I finally sought help from a genuine expert who has been sewing for 50+ years, and she believes itās a faulty machine.And not me.Something in the top mechanism is bending the needles, and something is causing the machine to mess up when winding the bobbins. It does wobble. It always has.Since Iāve only ever used the bobbins that were included with the machine, and only the needles that came with it, we both doubt it is something that I did wrong.Especially based on my award winning art & design skill in different disciplines & gentile touch. Iāve never manhandled this machine. I also solder and repair old electronics for fun.So really, itās not me, brother. Itās you.It is funny to be scolded by an older woman for not googling other reviews sooner. But when I bought this machine, sewing machines were hard to come by because of the pandemic and the other reviews were non existent. Shame on me.Sadly, I purchased the machine two years before I started using it and I think I am outside of warranty to return.I do appreciate one feature - which is the automatic threader. It is worth its weight in gold. Sadly, there is no fixing the other issues that are rampant in these machines.I guess Iām out $250.

The first day, this machine worked fine. I completed a quilt top without issue. Beautiful perfect stitches. 2 days later, the needle threader does not work and the stitches have loops on the bottom. I have made every adjustment possible and stitch problem persists. I have also been trying to register this machine since arrival. Never went through on two attempts. Called Brother and was told it would take 2-3 days to get verification code to complete registration.This has been going on for 10 days and I have yet to receive any verification code.
