As i do mainly container gardening, this helps with water retention without making the soil too compacted. My only issue with this product is that it doesn't come in a bigger bag. It is good value for money.

As i do mainly container gardening, this helps with water retention without making the soil too compacted. My only issue with this product is that it doesn't come in a bigger bag. It is good value for money.

Used this to make my own indoor plant potting mix. Worked well
Mixing the peat moss with the propagating sand widened its usefulness. I was able to propagate camellias in the mixture.

This is a really useful starter for young plants and cuttings.
Another houseplant potting mix recommended ingredient that I don't really understand the purpose of. Seems ok. Again - Does not miraculously save plants from the black thumb of death but that would probably be a much more expensive ingredient.
We get this for our composting toilet and it seems to work well
very fine and soft texture, holds lots of water. bought it to make seed starting mix and add some to worm farm too. happy with the product
