Love this bread baker. Fits up to a 30cm batard easily. Produces a perfect crackling crust on a beautifully baked loaf. A huge improvement on a Dutch oven - no dropping dough in, easy to remove lid and loaf doesn’t have to be round! Excellent product for a reasonable price - could not recommend more!

An amazing product! I have made a few loaves in it and keeps it so crispy! The quality of the cast iron is very durable. Would definitely buy more products from Brunswick Bakers. Looking forward to what I can cook next in it !
A bread baking master recommended this to me. It is very similar to the famous (and pricier) Challenger pan. It bakes glorious loaves. The size is excellent for my regular/small oven and 520gm dry weight loaves, and I think it will make an excellent fry pan when I go camping. It is a beautiful high quality pan that will outlive me, for the price it is well worth it!But be wary of the need to season it. I left it closed in the oven after baking a loaf and the condensation from the bake caused alot of surface rust in the top. I re-seasoned it again and it's hardly noticeable, most came off with the friction. But just something to be aware of with cast iron items as I have not used cast iron to cook with before.
Bought one of these when I couldn't get a more expensive alternative that was out of stock. Great product, does what it claims and is easy to use. I bake Sourdough regularly and it has improved my results noticeably. Just keep it lightly oiled and it will last years, I reckon. I use some BBQ sheet under the loaf. It helps to put the loaf in and take it out, and keeps the bottom of the pan clean as well.
Very happy with this bread pan. I wonder why I didn’t get it earlier?! Produces a good loaf with good oven spring, nice crust and preserves the moisture in the loaf. I do find the cast iron heavy, but that is unavoidable with cast iron pans.
I bought the pan a few months ago and have baked two dozens loaves since. Absolutely love the pan. It gives you reliable and predictable outcomes every time. The oven spring is exceptional as it traps the moisture during the first phase of the bake. I highly recommend this product.
It performs exactly as expected. Handles are good size for me with oven mits. Fits into my standard-size oven, holds a large loaf, packs away easily (I kept the box and cardboard separator for that)Arrived with an amazing amount of outer packaging for a very sturdy item
I brought this as an alternative the very expensive challenger bread pan, wow I am impressed, it is the perfect shape and size for a 500g raw loaf. The lid is easy to take off and the shape of the pan ensures the steam is created in side to assist with the rise and perfect crust in your loaf. I will be buying another one when they come back in stock.
