Solid 2L gore-tex pants with mix of taffeta + mesh interior throughout. Like the color which I was iffy on them beforehand, color's a bit muted compared to online photos which I dig...need color for my kids to follow. Size reference: I'm 5'10.5", 189-196lbs depending on week, 34-36 waist depending brand, 37" from bottom of foot to waist. SIZE LARGE Swash's fit perrrrfect. I tried on Medium but I could tell a pound later I'd need to go up to Large, and there is a 1" difference in leg length between the two sizes. With boots I do not even need the "cuff elevator" pull stops. The venting rules on these, can't top it. Side note: Vertical front pockets are easier to unzip on lift to pull phone out, IMO ...so these are, again, perfect. [end rant]

My husband loves these. Windproof, waterproof and even provide warmth even though they?re just a shell pant. These pants are fantastic for athletically built dudes who need more room in the seat and thigh. Make sure to follow the measurements provided in the size guide! Super helpful when comparing to other brands. Ski pants are notoriously slim fitting; these Burtons are a regular/relaxed fit perfect for a rider or skier.

The fit is very baggy. Extremely comfortable. The inner vent leg zippers broke the 1st day. I expected more from the product. This is my second pair and my first pair has served me well for about 5 years.
I recently purchased these in size large. I feel like I could have purchased a medium for a more snug fit in the waist without the need for a belt (I'm 6'3, 190 lbs with a 34 in. waist). Nevertheless the pants are great. Incredibly waterproof with plenty of pocket options and vents. Very happy with the purchase and the lifetime warranty is a nice perk too.
Solid pants for PNW skiing. Sturdy feel w/ lots of zipper pockets for storage, good waist adjustability and venting options. So far water seems to bead off without a problem. Cuff fits over ski boots just fine and they have a simple clean look. 6'1" 175lb for a M fit.
Putting on weight over the years it was time to upgrade from my Airblasters. Used them in breck for the first time this April. Had a pow day on the first stay and remained dry even with all the abuse and alpine riding i did. Next days were 65 and blue bird. With all the extra vents and no layer underneath i was completely comfortable. Constructed well and feels worth the money.
They are slightly different color than the swash jacket of the same color. Size large fit like a nice pair of jeans but wanted a baggy fit so went XL and needed a belt. I'm 6'2" 210 36" waist...The difference in size between L and XL is too big imo but they look great.

As for the fit, pretty decent, they're good in the hips and seat but a little loose in the waist, legs are good. Not a big deal with a belt, if I was strictly using these in bounds I could maybe size down to a L but I need the hip room touring and boot packing. They're honestly very comfortable. They gave a crotch vent with mesh and hip vents without so it's easy to regulate overheating in them. It has plenty of pockets to fill to your packrat hearts desire. Zips on the boot are nice but no snap, in my experience the zipper will corrode and break so I wish it had a snap but it's very minor. Waterproofing wise these are great, as they should be, no issues, if it's dumping these are your answer. If my experience ended here 5 stars all day. My biggest disappointment is durability, and for the price I expect bomb proof, but like most gortex these are just average durability at best unfortunately. After a month there's signs of wear in multiple places and a smack from a branch scarred and put holes in the leg. I mean, it's an impact so I gotta take responsibility but, man, I've taken so much worse than that in so many other pieces of outerwear with not even a mark. These are great and will serve you well in the resort, I don't think they'll hold up in the backcountry though. Disappointing for something called AK. Your milage may vary, I'm pretty hard on stuff. If they had been half the price I would say 5 stars, but for the price they need to hold up to so much more than they do in my opinion.
Made with Strong material, the cargo pockets angle is great. I like my things in my cargos on the outer sides of legs. this way when I bend legs my pants can move MUCH better. its hard to find well thought pants and jackets, but you will not regret buying these pants. I lil pricey but worth every Penney when ur out there ripping . IM RUNNING THE Burton GORE-TEX 2L Banshey Jacket , and it awesome in many ways too.
