Burton Womens Felix Boa Snowboard Boots - Black - 2023
Discover the Burton Felix BOA snowboard boots If you want to progress as an all-mountain rider, this boot is a top choice. The medium-stiff flex gives you enough support for serious carving and enough freedom for playful runs. The dual BOA systems (upper and lower foot) ensure a precisely adjusted fit, so your ankle is snug for control while the forefoot remains comfortable. Thanks to the Total Comfort construction, this boot fits well right away, without a break-in period. The Imprint 3 liner is heat-moldable and packed with warmth technology: DryRide Heat Cycle keeps your feet dry, while Sleeping Bag foil reflects heat back. The Plush Cuff 1.0 and Focus Cuff enhance comfort around the calf and ankle. Under your feet, the Vibram DynoBITE sole provides grip when walking or hiking, and the EST mid-sole gives you board feel. The boot feels responsive in quick turns, yet is not too stiff – that’s exactly what you want as an all-mountain rider. However, the fit is slightly narrow at the toes – sensitive types or girls with wider feet may want to keep that in mind. But overall, the Felix BOA is a no-brainer for those seeking power, comfort, and precision in their mountain ride.

I've been an avid splitboarder since 2000 and this boot meets all my best requirements. It's stiff enough to give support on steeps and chops and traverses. Boa makes it adjustable on the go... loose for touring and taking rest, tightens up easily for dropping line and performance. Sturdy materials. Best splitie boot I've ever had!

Review by Kamilla Kozuback- Slopestyle & Halfpipe competitive Snowboarder:These feel exactly like my 2018 models. Nice narrow foot good for skinnier feet. Very comfortable on first runs, great stiffness for big mountain riding, and amazing with landings off the kickers. Imprint 3 insoles are a definite step up from the imprint 2's, and overall the boa really keeps my heel locked in place when riding. These are VERY easy to put on & take off. On the go these are a since to tighten, or losen. I am looking forward to having another successful season in my new Burton boots.I highly recommend these for either a big mountain rider or competitive athletes.

These boots are great! I did have to remove the insoles they came with and put different ones in due to my high arches, but that's just my own preference. They are comfy, warm and super adjustable. Super easy to put on and take off which I love!

I bought this boots because i had the same ones before and i was so happy with them that i don’t want to try anything else anymore. I’m mostly riding in park (rails) that’s why a good feeling in the feet is very important to me. I like my boots hard, tight and warm.Boots were tested in every condition in size 5.5US. The most important to me, they kept me warm in winter, even though i fasten them tight. With boa it’s also easy to keep them tight as much as you like, without loosing time with opening and closing, as you would with normal lacing. You just turn the boa around, without even removing your pants and you’re ready to go. With double boa you can regulate toe and ankle zone separately. Liner is heat moldable. That all enshures perfect fit. Normally i had to ... MoreI bought this boots because i had the same ones before and i was so happy with them that i don’t want to try anything else anymore. That all enshures perfect fit. Normally i had to change my boots after one season, because they got too soft, not this ones. I wore them for three seasons and could probably wear them a lot longer. Material is so good, that there are only light signs of use to be seen. Also practical are the holders on both sides. That makes them really easy to wear.I would recommend this boots to every women who are looking for this perfect fit. They’re defenitely worth the money.
I replaced my 10 year old Burton boots with these last season. I had no idea what a difference it would make. My toes would go numb within an hour in the old boots. They also were very flexible and provided no stability. These boots are very firm provide great stability and give me so much more control over the board. They're very warm, I can ride for hours without getting cold. I also like the new binding system, it's so much cleaner and easier than the classic laces. I highly recommend these. I had no idea that my boots were holding me back so much until I got these. Store associates advised me to get a whole size up from my shoe size, which has also really helped with the fit. I got them heat molded at REI, so they fit like a glove!
I really liked the look of these boots and when I tried them on they felt nice. The inside has plenty of cushion and it is plush. The boots themselves are just giant. I've never had a pair not fir comfortably in my bindings but these boots with all the padding and cushioning made them seem like I had giant feet. I also have really muscular calves and these boots just dug into them too much. I tried to loosen them up so it didn't dig in but then they were too loose. The boot has a surprising lack of heel hold. You can feel your heel slipping around after you have laced them up. The boa that control the bottom section of the laces didn't really add any additional tightening that the top boa didn't. This is also a very stiff boot. Overall good product. Heel support is not as good as some other brand/models. I seem to be just in between 7 and 7.5, neither was perfect for me unfortunately. I loved my last pair which was Burton Limelight, but I really wanted a slightly more stiff pair. I wish it had worked out! #sweepstakes
Upgrading my Solomon Optima boots from 2012, these Felix BOA’s came highly recommended. I was stoked and handed my $500 over. Less than 9 times on the mountain and my ankles aren’t held tight, and my left heel lifts with each turn. It is terrible! Not sure if I just received a pair of lemons or what, but I’ve been riding the rest of the season in my old boots as they are much more responsive by holding my foot tight. Huge let down.
I bought these for the girl for an upcoming holiday in Canada. After a quick heat molding session at MSC, she reckons they are the snuggest fitting boots she's ever put on. There's apparently zero ankle lift movement also which is great, due to the double boa setup no doubt. Personally, I've always worn boots with traditional laces but seeing the speed that she gets in and out of these boots in is definitely making me consider a double boa setup for my next set. They look awesome too which is a bonus! I expect these will last many years with a few weeks riding each season.
Already the third ones in a row. I had lots of different boots over the years, but after i found this ones, i don‘ want to try any other. I mostly ride in the park, hitting some rails and kickers. Good and stable feeling over the whole day is very important for me. These boots are one of the stiffest, but thanks to the heat foam inside they feel really comfortable. The same foam also keeps the feet warm.As i mentioned, i ride this boots for many years now, that‘s why i tried them out in every possible condition. Cold, warm, hard, slush, i even use them for riding powder and touring (split boarding). They perform everywhere. The outer material is robust, you can‘t see any signs of use after one season. What i specially value on this boots is double boa. First of all, you can separately tighten different parts (lower and higher part) and secondly the adjustment is so easy and fast. No more hurting hands when tightening, no need to make a break, you can even adjust them through snow pants.I would recommend this boots to every woman that likes stiffer but comfy ride and doesn‘t want to spend her energy on lacing.
