Burton Womens Felix Boa Snowboard Boots - Black - 2023
Discover the Burton Felix BOA snowboard boots If you want to progress as an all-mountain rider, this boot is a top choice. The medium-stiff flex gives you enough support for serious carving and enough freedom for playful runs. The dual BOA systems (upper and lower foot) ensure a precisely adjusted fit, so your ankle is snug for control while the forefoot remains comfortable. Thanks to the Total Comfort construction, this boot fits well right away, without a break-in period. The Imprint 3 liner is heat-moldable and packed with warmth technology: DryRide Heat Cycle keeps your feet dry, while Sleeping Bag foil reflects heat back. The Plush Cuff 1.0 and Focus Cuff enhance comfort around the calf and ankle. Under your feet, the Vibram DynoBITE sole provides grip when walking or hiking, and the EST mid-sole gives you board feel. The boot feels responsive in quick turns, yet is not too stiff – that’s exactly what you want as an all-mountain rider. However, the fit is slightly narrow at the toes – sensitive types or girls with wider feet may want to keep that in mind. But overall, the Felix BOA is a no-brainer for those seeking power, comfort, and precision in their mountain ride.

I've been an avid splitboarder since 2000 and this boot meets all my best requirements. It's stiff enough to give support on steeps and chops and traverses. Boa makes it adjustable on the go... loose for touring and taking rest, tightens up easily for dropping line and performance. Sturdy materials. Best splitie boot I've ever had!

These boots are great! I did have to remove the insoles they came with and put different ones in due to my high arches, but that's just my own preference. They are comfy, warm and super adjustable. Super easy to put on and take off which I love!

This boy is very nice, but my toes do get cold. Maybe I need new socks, but I do enjoy this boot on the mountains. Very comfortable and very easy to put on and take off

I replaced my 10 year old Burton boots with these last season. I had no idea what a difference it would make. My toes would go numb within an hour in the old boots. They also were very flexible and provided no stability. These boots are very firm provide great stability and give me so much more control over the board. They're very warm, I can ride for hours without getting cold. I also like the new binding system, it's so much cleaner and easier than the classic laces. I highly recommend these. I had no idea that my boots were holding me back so much until I got these. Store associates advised me to get a whole size up from my shoe size, which has also really helped with the fit. I got them heat molded at REI, so they fit like a glove!
Definitely take these boots to get form fitted to your feet. It took about 10 minutes - they put in a heat device, then after 10 minutes you put the boots on and wear them until they cool down completely. It definitely opened up the boots more and made them feel custom made to my feet!!BONUS - totally keep your feet warm. I wear very thin socks and I have no problems with warmth or snow getting in.NOTICE: They do run about a half size/full size too small so I recommend trying them on at a store - or ordering them with plenty of time for possible return needs.
I really liked the look of these boots and when I tried them on they felt nice. The inside has plenty of cushion and it is plush. The boots themselves are just giant. I've never had a pair not fir comfortably in my bindings but these boots with all the padding and cushioning made them seem like I had giant feet. I also have really muscular calves and these boots just dug into them too much. I tried to loosen them up so it didn't dig in but then they were too loose. The boot has a surprising lack of heel hold. You can feel your heel slipping around after you have laced them up. The boa that control the bottom section of the laces didn't really add any additional tightening that the top boa didn't. This is also a very stiff boot. If you like some flex then I wouldn't ... Overall good product. Heel support is not as good as some other brand/models. I seem to be just in between 7 and 7.5, neither was perfect for me unfortunately. I loved my last pair which was Burton Limelight, but I really wanted a slightly more stiff pair. I wish it had worked out! #sweepstakes
Upgrading my Solomon Optima boots from 2012, these Felix BOA’s came highly recommended. I was stoked and handed my $500 over. Less than 9 times on the mountain and my ankles aren’t held tight, and my left heel lifts with each turn. It is terrible! Not sure if I just received a pair of lemons or what, but I’ve been riding the rest of the season in my old boots as they are much more responsive by holding my foot tight. Huge let down.
Really comfortable, well made boot, no painful pressure points. Fits true to size for me exactly as my shoe size. My only negative was that they have zero board feel, very stiff boot and that has been a challenge for me. I'm hoping over time they'll break in and it's no longer an issue. All personal preference though.
I buy this boots almost every year, but not just because i am used to them, but because i didn‘t find anything better for me yet. I do regularly try other products as well. For me good ankle hold is very important. This boots are one of the stiffest, but still very comfortable. Most of the time i ride park where you still need to be flexible as well.I go riding in all conditions, and get cold very fast, but i never had problems with cold feet in this boots. Of course they get wet in slushy spring conditions like every other boots do, but they also get dry fast. A second musst for me, when buying boots, is double boa system. Boa makes tightening and adjusting really easy. No more hurt fingers. When in comes to durability, i think they could keep their stiffness a bit ... No more hurt fingers. When in comes to durability, i think they could keep their stiffness a bit longer, so i wouldn‘t need to buy new ones every year, but i do ride a lot. I use old ones for splitboarding. With their memory foam that adjusts to your feet every time new, for me also means i need to tighten them again at least once or twice per day. But therefore you don‘t need to wear them in or fit them upfront, they feel the same way from the very first day on.
