I always take some sort of magnesium. I just added this California Gold Magnesium Bisglycinate to my rotation. The price is very good and I like the brand.I'm also actually taking Global Healing's Oxy-Powder right now as well. There are different purposes of different forms so for these- the Bisglycinate is to have good absorbion and the Oxy-Powder (ozonated magnesium oxides) is for a digestion tune-up. I like California Gold brand as I think it is high quality and have been buying more of their other supplements as well.

I have been using this supplement from 2 months. I take 2 time a day after my meal 1 and before bed. It is the most absorbing form of magnesium, it helps to reduce inflammation as well as to recover from my everyday training. It is the must supplement for my day to day life. Also this brand has provided excellent quality and quantity with very reasonable price. I highly recommend California gold nutrition magnesium tablets to include in your daily regimen.
I purchased this product on sale and because my usual brand was out of stock. This magnesium is identical in that the dosage was the same, the amount was the same and also chelated. I like the fact that this particular brand had less inactive ingredients added for about the same price. I've been taking this in combination with CBD oil for over a month now. I've been battling insomnia for a very long time due to BPD and depression. Have gotten addicted to Unisom since I've been battling sleeping difficulty. This magnesium with the CBD oil has been helping to wean me off of Unisom pretty well. Sleep has been pretty decent now because of this combo. Will possibly give another update after another 3 months of usage.
