I've used this chocolate for a long time, and its always been wonderful in its quality. Its a great tasting chocolate, but has been getting very expensive lately. I've watched prices go up over $ a bag this year alone. I love the chocolate, but I may have to start looking for other options because of the huge price increases.

Despite the ice packs and the package being inside at delivery 1/3 bag melted, it was also white in some Places which leads me to believe it had been melted then chilled then melted again prior to shipping. After chocolate leaves our air conditioned warehouse melting can occur even if you choose cold packs. In the back of a FedEx truck this cycle can happen multiple times, causing the chocolate to loose its temper and bloom. We warn of this, and ask our customers to accept this responsibility on the product page, and again via email before shipping.

I made beautiful chocolate bonbons with this Couverture

I was looking for good couverture to help me make professional quality bonbons. I am an amateur candy maker. After trying the supplies that can be purchased at local stores and having my bonbons not meet my satisfaction, I went through professional supply stores to purchase my equipment (molds, colored chocolate butter, etc.).My next task was to find a provider of excellent couverture. After trying a few different providers, I came across Callebaut. The bonbons that I made with this product came out beautifully! I brought in my bonbons to my coworkers. Perfect Replication for Callebaut Hot Chocolate Sachet

Arrived in perfect & fresh condition. Outside temp during shipping was in 40s/50s. I purchased to replicate a hot chocolate we had in Belgium. They were premeasured pouches of Callebaut. This was the exact same taste- recipe of 35g of callets to 8oz of warm whole milk. Decadent with a dallop of whipped cream!

I love this chocolate taste. It's stable under hot weather. Easy to make chocolate ganache. Tasty, smoothie, and melts in the mouth with a silky texture. I will buy it again and I recommend you to use it if you are professional at baking or doing sweets. The price is kinda expensive so you it wisely.
