I first heard about Magnesium Taurate from a UK cardiologist who advises those who have aFib - he suggested taurate form of Magnesium; although he said other forms were good also, except Magnesium Oxide, which is not absorbed well. I was dx'd with aFib last year. I began using Magnesium Taurate and subsequently found other doctors recommending the taurate form. I also take Magnesium glycinate - nothing wrong with a little diversity! The Cariology Research brand has received a number of good reviews. So far, so good with this brand and my experience. I am happy with it!

This magensium is of extremely high quality. I tried several products and this one is more pricey, but definitely worth it. Magnesium is quite a panacea for multiple issues including joint and muscle pain as sell as it benefits mental clarity and focus. It doesn't make me sleepy, but it does benefit quality of sleep overall. I take it around noon and it keeps me focused. it doesn't have a laxative effect as citrate does. I'll be back for more.
Remarkable that it helped with severe palpitations much more than glycinate. I also noticed a change in reduction in anxiety and feeling calmer. Subtle but definitely there! Happy ingredients are simple (tried KAL which has a proprietary anti inflammatory blend which inflames me!!!) Hoping this helps my cardiovascular system! And definitely helps sleep without drowsiness if I take it during the day too!
