Thorne Research Niacinamide 180 Capsules
A form of vitamin B3 that provides cellular protection and supports joints, skin, and restful sleep Niacinamide, a non-flushing form of vitamin B3, supports joint and skin health and promotes restful sleep. It has also been shown to protect beta cells in the pancreas. Niacinamide, also known as nicotinamide, is a non-flushing form of vitamin B3. Niacinamide has multiple positive functions in the body, including supporting restful sleep and healthy joint and skin. It also acts as an antioxidant, inhibiting free radical formation, and it has been shown to promote the regeneration of beta cells in the pancreas. Niacinamide has been found to stimulate neurotransmitter receptors in the brain, without binding to the receptor sites, which creates a calming, sedative-like effect. High amounts of niacinamide have been documented as being beneficial in protecting joint cartilage cells. Niacinamide has also been used in support of several dermatological conditions. Niacinamide is not derived from yeast.

Started taking this religiously after my doctor actually recommended it after I was diagnosed with a malignant growth on my skin. I did have the growth surgically removed but it's great to know that I'm taking a high quality supplement to support my system and hopefully avoid future problems. Thorne quality is also amazing as usual!

So, I recently tried out Thorne Niacinamide and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. First off, I've heard that Thorne is known for their quality supplements, so that definitely caught my attention. One of the main ingredients in this supplement is niacinamide, which is a type of vitamin B3. It's supposed to help with a bunch of things, like boosting energy, supporting metabolism, and improving the effect of other vitamins in your body. Now, I have to admit, I was a little worried about the "niacin flush" that some people experience when taking niacin supplements. But, to my surprise, I didn't really notice any major flushes or anything like that.Overall, I feel like Thorne Niacinamide is a solid supplement for anyone looking to support their energy and ... Niacinamide saved my skin! I’m not sure why but last year my skin was the worst it’s ever been. I had breakouts all over my face and I tried just about everything. My dad actually gave me Niacinamide pills to try (brand from Amazon) and it literally got rid of my acne. Since then I decided to try out other brands. I’ve also tried natures way Niacinamide and I was say it’s just as good as Thorne. The dosage on these say to take up to 3 a day but I only take 1 a day. I’m not sure I’ll repurchase these because I want something cheaper. They are good for my skin but so we’re the other 2 brands I’ve tried.

Have used this product for many years. Love it because it's a non-flushing form of vitamin B3 you can take with confidence! Niacinamide has many benefits including supporting restful sleep, it's good for heart health due to lowering cholesterol in the blood and it has been found to stimulate neurotransmitter receptors in the brain! I also take the Thorne B-Complex daily with this. Highly recommended!
I'm a big Thorne brand fan. If you pay attention to what Functional/Naturopathic docs and Chiropractors carry and recommend, Thorne is often among them. They are known for their efficacy and pureness. I was taking an extended release Niacinamide, different brand, but the pills were tablets and were huge, very chalky and hard to swallow. These are normal sized capsules and overall I'm very pleased with the change. I often choose Thorne products if given the option.
