This is my inaugural venture into helmet headsets, and it has been nothing short of a letdown.After the first minute of use I was not impressed by the sound quality, though I decided to give it a few weeks to try different Audio Profiles. What garbage! I expect better from JBL. Not only is the sound quality mediocre, at highway speeds the sound barely cuts through the wind noise with or without earplugs.For such an expensive set I would think that at least the technology works. Getting above 10MPH I have found that the majority of the "Hey Cardo, Hey Siri" commands are not executed IF it even picks up on the magic phrase to begin with. I have moved the mic around the helmet but to no avail.

As a unit for communication between riders, this is awesome. Microphone and speakers are plenty loud and clear to articulate conversation. Using these units primarily on my harley with loud pipes and when me and my better half are out on our Groms. Have them installed in my arai ram x and wifes shoei j cruise 2.Music quality leaves some to be desired, they are a bit tinney especially without the bass boost turned up, but with all the factors of wind, road, and motorcycle noise, only way to get great sound is using noise canceling earbuds for music anyways.This is my first headset so I dont really have anything to compare it to. I chose this because these will link up to other comset manufacturers. Auto on/off and magnetic clip is awesome.

Very nice intercom system! Super sensitive auto on feature, but can be turned off. Very crisp clear audio even with my motorcycle being crazy loud. Battery life is very good as well. The only con is that it has sent a crash alert 2 times for no reason, and I couldn't figure out why. But other than that, I would definitely buy another in the future.

The Packtalk Pro was easy to install and synched up to my phone straight away.The sound quality leaves my Scala G9 in the dust.Easy volume changing with the scroll wheel.Everything else I use the voice commands.Most importantly: The kit arrived without the wired microphone. But after a couple of quick emails for Cardo to verify my recent purchase, a microphone was express posted to me and arrived in just a couple of days.When you pay a small fortune for something, you expect great customer support.I am very pleased to say Cardo take customer support to the highest level.I am extremely happy with my purchase experience.
Well worth the price. I've been enjoying using it on my rides. Instantly connects to my phone. The auto on/off is nice too. Haven't had to charge it since I got it 2 weeks ago. I don't have anyone to ride with to use the comm system yet but having music while I ride is great. The speakers are loud and clear. It's nice having the accident system in case of one. My only gripe about this is the mic. Have to yell at it to have voice assistance and even then it sometimes doesn't pick up my voice. Phone calls and voice chats in Discord are clear on both ends so that's a great thing. Overall I'd say it's a must have.
Big upgrade over the PT Edge I had on my Contour-X. Audio is much clearer with the 45mm speakers. Bass response is better. When I registered the unit and set up the crash detection and emergency contact, they were notified about it so that is definitely cool. You want the best audio experience? This is it.
I have used Sena20 /20evo and 30 before and decided to try the new pack talk pro. This was, in my opinion, way better. The controls and updates are easy by using the app. The sound is amazing and having the voice commands is so useful. I would recommend this to anyone one riding on two wheels.
I’ve tried multiple brands including Sena and Lexin and was never impressed. The Cardo surprised me in a big way. Bought following the recommendation of a few friends and I’m glad I did. Nothing else compares! Sound is plenty loud and the noise cancelling while talking on the phone is amazing. 80 mph while on the phone is no problem with this setup.
Cardo has always been about making riding more enjoyable, and they've hit the mark with their intercom systems that deliver flawless sound, but it doesn't end there... they’ve pushed the boundaries by developing a smart intercom that could genuinely save your life (though I hope it never comes to that). Safety like this is priceless. Plus, they’ve enhanced the sound with 45mm speakers and added a smart automatic On and Off feature, making the unit incredibly user friendly. I can’t get enough of my Cardo!
