This is the only brand I use for cod liver oil. I take it every day. If I don't take it for a few days, I feel the difference...shoulder & neck pain. Great price for it at Lucky Vitamin. I get all my supplements from here.

I have been buying this product for years and was so pleased to see it so cheap - and this particular deal! - at LV!!! I take daily for immune health plus the bazillion other things D helps regulate. I don't miss a day!!! Good for the beginning of illness or if exposed to others' germs - take four twice a day to knock out a cold naturally.

Excellent proportions of ingredients and for the fact that is made at a FDA regulated and tested facility. And for the health benefits onlytime will tell.

Easy to get omega's

Good product - I don't eat nearly enough fish so have the oil of fish in concentrated form helps me get the omega's I need.

My mother used to give us a spoonful of cod liver oil each morning when we were kids. As an adult, I find that Carlson's Carlson's Cod Liver Oil Gems-Lightly Lemon are a much easier wayto get my daily morning dose. It's a good Omega 3 source and helps to keep my joints "oiled".

Moisturized from within!

I take 1 capsule a day specifically for my dry skin. The cod liver oil helps provide omega fatty acids that are needed for healthy moisturized skin, lowered blood pressure,lowered cholesterol, and improving my mood; however, the lemon flavor that is supposed to help with the taste and 'fish oil burps', just gives me lemon flavored fish oil burps. I do find it's helpful to store in the fridge to reduce the indigestion...

Pleasant surprise!

Actually is not much that I can say about this product; I like it alot it's a very good product I would recommend it to anybody and that I been thinking it for about 15 days, I find that I am feeling and looking better! Just the right size of sof gel. Some others are too small just to cheat and make you believe you have a good deal.

The bonus smaller bottle made this an economical purchase! They do not have any noticeable odor and I haven’t noticed any stomach upset either. Too early to tell if the proposed systemic effects are true!
