Wonderful quality brand and trusted source for many years. I use the bottled Norwegian cod liver oil but these are for my teen. I tried one and they are a bit on the large size but smooth and very easy to swallow. Lemony fresh taste and benefit your insides and out. Cod liver oil is so good for healthy shiny hair and I feel that it also keeps my blood pressure and heart healthy. My cholesterol numbers are fantastic, and I feel that these have been at least partially to thank.

I bought these a few months back because almost every other option was sold out. When I take them I can feel/taste the natural flavor wafting up from my stomach for hours. Something about how concentrated the flavor is I suppose? Yuck, cod liver oil flavor isn't even that bad for me. I don't take a pill for the pleasure of it anf the natural flavors are waayyyy too intense. They'd be better off making a vinegar oil solution or something bc vinegar cuts fishy flavor better than anything else I've tried.
I chose cod liver oil over fish oil which is often packed with omega 3 because it’s closer to natural food and has a good balance of multiple nutrients.
