Carlson is a tried and true brand for me. I have used many of thier products and have always noticed a difference - especially when I have stopped taking the supplement. It is subtle but definitely goes to work. The product does not leave the fish burps throughout the day. They are on the bigger side - so if you have trouble with swallowing pills the smaller gems may be the way to go, because the product really does work.

A while back, my heart doctor recommended I take Omega-3 to lower my LDL cholesterol. I tried a couple but the fishy tasting burp was the worst! I finally stumbled upon Carlson's Elite Omega-3 with/lemon, and I was really surprised that I was not experiencing the nasty fishy aftertaste. I only take 1 of these soft gel capsules a day and it has helped me to lower my cholesterol, along with a very low dose of statin drug 5mg. I am happy with this product and always look for it on iHerb when I run low or out.

This is not my normal brand but I love you get the extra bottle. I have always heard that this brand is higher quality for its fish oil Packaged well and Higher mg for its oil omega - I have used it for several years for my skin, hair, heart health and my brain health. I def notice then when I skip them - my skin suffers which I do sometimes to see if they work well. The also lower my inflammation considering I have autoimmune diseases ( Hashimottos and Celiac).To me, I did not notice any fishy taste in these, and the size was doable. However, the size to me of all fish oil is pretty large and these seem to be average for size for fish oil which is fairly big capsules. I’ve taking this supplement for years now and I trust the control and quality of Carlson. The ingredients list features pure fish oil without unnecessary additives. The capsule size is manageable to swallow and I like that there is no fishy taste, which is often a downside with similar products. I take this supplement (among with EPA from Thorne) for omega-3 general health benefits and the fact that I don’t eat fish very much. Package and delivery always good.
With this product, I clearer mind and improved my memory capability. That product is as good as bought another package recently but with more capsules. Side effects weren't observed with this product. My hair looked natural, and my heart worked well because I had more energy when I workout. The product tastes good and does have not any redundant smell. The greatest Omega-3 that I ever used.
Not much I can add to others' reviews of this wonderful O-3 fish oil product...though I'll say I've never had the fishy burps with it. My husband uses it regularly for supplementation since he has a hard time eating oily North Sea fish (like herring and sardines) that I am able to enjoy. But I take it from time to time to bridge those times when we're short on fish eating and want to keep our omegas balanced, and benefit from the inflammatory control of proper omega fatty acid balanced. I don't easily swallow pills, but these go down very nicely.
