I like this specific type of fish oil because it works for me. I take measurements of triglycerides every quarter that shows if you have a normal level of fats in blood and if your blood vessels are good. These capsules helped me to lower my triglycerides level from high to normal. I tried Vitacost fish oil and some other more expensive fish oil capsules but they did not work for me. Nordic Naturals also worked well for me but Nordic is twice as expensive as Carlson Labs while their effect is almost the same.I took three capsules of Super Omega-3 Gems daily during the main daily meal because it absorbs much better with food that contains some fat.

I have had eczema since young and friends were telling me it may help with omega-3. Finally I decided to take my first bottle last monthI'm only half way through but have noticed it's benefits on my skin.
