Our child has been taking Carlson Vitamin D3, and we couldn't be happier. The capsules go down easily, and in just three weeks, we noticed the unexpected disappearance of a few warts on their toes. Not only does it support immunity, but the quality is evident - it works! The packaging is also excellent. Highly recommend for an all-around positive experience.

I love these little gel caps. They're small, and have no notable smell or flavor.Please note that 1,000 IU is a higher dose of vit D than the general recommendation of 400-800 IU per day (though your needs will vary depending on where you live + your sun/dietary intake, of course), so you could probably get away with taking one every two days rather than one per day if you want to stretch your budget and you're only taking vit D as a general preventative, and if a healthcare professional hasn't recommended otherwise.Also, there is often vitamin D in other types of supplements (especially calcium), so before taking this - or any other - vitamin D supplement you might want to review your overall intake to ensure you're getting what you think you are.

A high quality product, this brand is recommended by Dr. Cowan. The softgels are not too big and easy to take. Vit. D is so important for immunity, bones, cardiovascular, etc.
I only needed these for a short time and am not able to verify the results for example with a blood test. But they seemed okay. (Normally I avoid vitamin supplements, preferring traditional use of herbs and foods, etc. And I really try to avoid plastic packaging. But having to use these for little while, the price relatively okay and dosage size provided some flexibility.)
