Descale from CARPRO is an all-new acidic car shampoo released in 2021. CARPRO Descale was designed from the ground up for reviving ceramic coatings that have had minerals build up on them. DeScale is an excellent acidic shampoo perfect for removing water spots on cars that are outside 24/7. I don’t care how perfect you keep your car with it parked outside, you will need DeScale every now and then to help with removal of water spotting. Great stuff and can be used in a foam canon.

This stuff didn’t even put a dent in the hard water on my car. I did a direct apply per directions and then even washed the car with it. Maybe it’s worked for other but it did not for me.
DeScale is an excellent acidic shampoo perfect for removing water spots on cars that are outside 24/7. I don’t care how perfect you keep your car with it parked outside, you will need DeScale every now and then to help with removal of water spotting. Great stuff and can be used in a foam canon.

This was my second purchase of CARPRO Descale. I’ve been using every 60 - 90 days to remove water spots and return my Ceramic Coating to it’s original gloss and slickness. Highly recommend!
I have hard water when doing washes and sometimes the water dries too fast. Using this removed most of the residue.
I unknowingly had overspray from another product that had dried on the front windshield and I tried many other products to get it off before we left for Vacation to Siesta Key, but no luck. Had to stare at it for 12 hours.Once I placed the order, it arrived in less than 24 hours. I got right to washing and Descale was able to get rid of the spots. I used Microfiber Madness mitts and Incredipole to scrub it. Worked great and I didn't have to stare at the spots for the rest of the vacation or the 12 hour drive back home. Descale for the WIN!

As a detailer it is mission critical to get the external wash done right the first time. I have found that a two wash system of descale and reset gets the paint best prepared for iron decon and then clay staging. Many times just a descale and reset wash blows the minds of my customers. I often get - “how do you get the paint so clean with just a wash!” Thanks CarPro - a great go to wash sequence with these!
My 6 month old coating had kinda lost it’s luster, even with weekly washes. I used Descale on it and the gloss is popping and the hydrophobics back.I hadn’t considered that a ceramic coating needed or could be decontaminated. However this worked exactly as I’d hoped it would. I’m not a professional. I just like a clean ride and this restored my faith in my ceramic coatings investment.
Works good to restore slickness and sheeting of water, but doesn’t do anything for water spots. I put it directly on an applicator pad and it still didn’t do anything to the water spots. I also mixed like it said to on the bottle but didn’t do anything to water spots. DA polisher was the only thing I tried that got rid of water spots!
